I am not sure this company would be in business if it were not for their parent company Community Management Specialist pawning them off as a "package" deal. Our property had them for 2 years and they have ruined our property in no time flat. They can't mow, trim bushes or plow snow without doing some kind of damage. They over charge for terrible work and will not accept any responsibility for any of the damage they cause. They hands down made more money off of our community because of their family ties with Community Management Specialist. If your HOA has CMS as a property management company and Indian Summers as your landscapers you need to beware of these two companies as they will milk your HOA's for as much money as they can.

I attached photos of what we call the "spillway" that evolved several time before it became it's final abomination that you see in one of the photo's. I am not sure how much they charged us before the final construction of the "spillway" but I can tell you the "spillway" cost the community $6000 which does not include the cement work to the tune of $3000. The entire project has cost the community between $20,000 to $30,000 and it still is not correct as this now causes flooding down below it that will affect that building sooner then later. Funny thing is that they didn't do what they said they would as there invoice says they would BRING IN 2 tons of dirt. Liars.

Now 2 years later our building is visually sinking causing perminant damage to the building that no one wants to take responsability for.

They are not a company who honor's their verbal agreements. Ok, it has been a couple of weeks and although it was like pulling teeth, eventually DLC Lanscaping came through and honored our agreement. Thx to James and Mike.

DLC came to clean our complex and left our property a MESS on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Extremely lazy work with gross lack of integrity.

Our HOA uses this company for landscaping. They routinely skip houses, refuse to return calls, and just overall do a terrible job. They have broken our sprinkler heads, wiped their dirty feet on the walls of our house when turning on sprinklers, and sit taking long breaks without bothering to finish jobs. When they come around to use the blowers to clean up after raking leaves, they blow leaves into peoples open garages.
They say to lock your dogs in the house and they will enter your backyard to aerate and fertilize. Lock the dog inside all day, they don't come anyways. I just CANNOT stand this company. I wish the HOA would use someone else. I can't believe I have to pay money to the HOA to have this company not do anything.

I've tried to call to discuss this, but cannot reach anyone. A driver of yours nearly caused a fatal accident on Saturday on Wadsworth, near Jewell about 12:30pm. This person should not be behind the wheel of any vehicle, much less one of your large box trucks. License plate ending in 012. This person was in a left turn lane, and then decided to merge back into wadsworth, without checking for vehicles. Luckily the right lane was open, and I was able to move into that lane, because after slamming my brakes I would not have been able to stop in time. About two blocks later I merged back over into the left lane, and then a few seconds later your truck goes flying by on the left, where there was no lane to get into the left turn lane to go into the mcdonalds parking lot. This person should not be behind the wheel!!! They cause a accident like that, I hope you have great insurance.

The service with DLC has been the worst I’ve ever had, the worst snowplowing, and shoveling I’ve ever seen, minimal effort should be their motto, and just about the rudest workers I’ve ever had the displeasure of being around. Overpriced, lazy, rude, truly a liability to anyone who is unfortunate to have dlc be their landscape company.

My experience with DLC has been excellent. They provide landscaping, lawn and sprinkler services to my HOA. This is a large HOA with mature trees and lots of grass. It is a very difficult area to maintain. The technicians are professional and do their best to please the homeowners. I have dealt with other landscape services in the past. DLC is the best I've seen so far.

I let my yard get away from me and it was a disaster. My apple tree had a really good year, but there were hundreds of apples all over the yard. Weeds, leaves, just a horrible mess and Mike sent a crew over. They did an amazing job. Cleaned everything up, cleaned my patio on top and left my yard ready for winter. Could not be happier with the result. Good people, good company and locally, independently owned. You can't go wrong with DLC Landscape.

Made me wait 3 weeks for a sprinkler maintenance appt. Didn’t call day before to confirm, didn’t show up day of. When I called to cancel after 30 minutes, they then sent me a pathetic text about “traffic.” They also now the lawns in my HOA and act very entitled to our money. They have broken sprinkler heads several times and never fix them unless I call them. Last time, they didn’t even bother to screw it into place. Totally fed up with this company.

This company services my apartment HOA. They come to service the lawns and don't even pick up trash. Awful plowing skills, they rarely shovel in a timely manner. Parking lot is a ice rink. Down tree limbs all over....always in a hurry and it definitely looks like it!

The HOA uses them at a townhouse complex. They don't trim trees that need to be trimmed so you can walk under them on the sidewalks. They kill shrubs and it's very clear they don't know how to care for the various types of plants. And the litter! Oh my gosh the amount of garbage they leave behind after every visit is absurd. I'm mostly writing this because of the litter they leave lying around. Food packaging, water bottles, actual food waste, plastic packaging. There's 9 dumpsters on the property and 2 right where they park their trucks.

Very unprofessional business owner, I advise not to work with this company.

Great service, built a great patio put of paver stones. Even water my new sod when I was out of town.
