Had an amazing experience with Guaranteed Excellence! The crew was incredibly thorough and fast and did a beautiful job on our landscaping installation. Angie was wonderful to work with and helped us to design a project that freshened up our yard while staying within our budget. I would absolutely use them again and wholeheartedly recommend for any landscaping/hardscaping project!

Marco Alvarado and his team just completed a large patio area with pavers, and it looks GREAT! They are really good at planning a project and executing it in a thoughtful, efficient manner. Not only does it look beautiful, but it will also drain water away from our house much more effectively. They are careful, precise workers who take their projects very seriously. They have done several other drainage mitigation projects for us in the past, as well as our regular pruning. We believe their prices are quite competitive. After a retaining wall in our backyard needed to come down we ended up with about 90 large bricks that we wanted to reuse somehow. We met with Erik at Bee Friendly Landscapes who helped us design a front yard border. Erik put us in touch with Rafael at Guaranteed Excellence to help us build the border. At first we did the left side of the front yard but because we loved it so much we made arrangements to do the right side. We believe we added much curb appeal to our property. Rafael, Marco and their crew were attentive, fast and did an excellent job with our new borders. We are amazed at how they helped us repurpose the bricks into something beautiful. They definitely "guarantee excellence". Highly recommend.

The Guarantee Excellence staff did a very nice job cleaning out the garden area, selecting new plants and planting them. They were polite, worked quickly and the plants look great. The supervisor told me what to do to take care of the plants.

Angie provided a wonderful plan and made good suggestions on plant types to suit the space and existing configuration and other plants in our backyard. We replaced a large area of grass. Rafa, Alex and crew did a good job on installation. The result was a cosy and calm place which I look forward to enjoying in years to come.

They have built retaining walls, updated the sprinkler system, planted gardens, trimmed trees, removed trees, mulched and rocked. You can trust them to be knowledgeable, to show up on time, to do a beautiful job, and to leave the job site meticulously clean. Good guys!

After a few back and forths with the designer we finally locked in on a plan. Marco and his crew showed up and completed the job with success. The crew was large, the complicated job was done within a day. Cleared tons of weeds, created a path, demo’d previous pavers, and added beautiful, paver patio. Marco, the crew lead, was very helpful and extremely nice.

Rafael and his team were great! He came out immediately when I called for an estimate and fit me in quickly. The guys didn't waste a minute and flawlessly removed my big, dying elm tree, pulled down broken branches from my giant maple and cleaned up perfectly. Nothing gets in the way of them accomplishing a task. I will be calling GE back again to do a lighting project.

They provided excellent service at a reasonable price. Absolute quality work. I have had them do a retaining wall in my front yard with landscaping (in the past). I have had them remove grass and prepare soil in large areas for me to do my own landscaping (in the past). Most recent was them replacing my broken down brick steps in my back area with new, beautiful, wide, safe steps. I highly recommend them!

We originally had some hiccups, but after voicing my concerns, this team listened. Angie listened and was patient as my husband and I worked with her to find the perfect iteration of our design. Alex was very professional, and his team worked quickly and efficiently to deliver a very professional final product. We love our new xeriscaped front yard, and are looking forward to working with Angie again in the spring to add some plants!

I came to know about this company when Junior was visiting door to door in our neighborhood. He was professional and helped in setting up our first appointment with Angie.
She was brilliant in her work with design ideas and was patient in responding to all our queries. She even offered us to visit some of their existing customers to get feedback. This was very positive experience to hear from others too.
We loved their design ideas and Rafael & Angie were great to talk through the entire design process and pricing was good too.
When it came to actual work, they scheduled very well and Marco & team delivered a great quality to us.
Overall Rafael & team are very good in their work. Their service after the work completion is good for any corrections or plant replacements.

We used Guarantee Excellence landscape about 10 years ago for our backyard and they did excellent job back then. There were many times I wish I could recall their contact information for our landscape needs because other landscapers we used didn’t measure up to their performance. However, out of the blue we received one of their mailers and we hired them to regrade our front lawn, install a retaining wall, replace and reseed the lawn with lower water required seeds and install water efficient sprinkler heads. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and will use them again in the future.

Update- low growth seeds did come up very nicely in the front lawn. We ended up hiring them again for more work in the backyard. They did excellent work filling the pond/foundation and converted into a paver patio and another patio across from it. We also had them build us a sunset viewing deck with 30 steps leading up to it. We are so very happy with their work and would strongly recommend them for any landscaping projects.
