Rafa and his team did a great job with our backyard. The before and after photos are night and day. The guys worked hard to get the job done quickly and the results are beautiful. Would recommend!

I can’t even begin to share how pleased we are after using Guaranteed excellence to give us the back yard of our dreams. We recently purchased a home that had a backyard that consisted of dirt, weeds, and garbage. My husband and I decided we needed to have a professional handle the job. Angie was our first point of contact that assisted us with the design and gave us a very fair quote (8000$ less than their competitor for the exact same thing). We had all of the weeds and rubbish removed, added irrigation, rock edging, trees, added a sitting area, drip lines for raised beds, paver walk ways, and sod. (I will add my dad owned a sod farm/landscaping company for 30 years so I am well aware GE went above and beyond in the process and did everything to the book and the best way possible for the best results).
GE completed the project in just 3 days. Alex was the lead guy on the job and he was wonderful to work with, checked in a lot to ensure we were happy with how it was going. The crew showed up early every single day and worked SOOOOO incredibly hard, it would have taken all summer for my husband and I to do the job ourselves and probably wouldn’t have turned out half as good. We couldn’t be more happy/giddy and will be looking to hire them again in the future to tackle the front of our house. Money well spent and we can’t wait to enjoy our new space!! The before and afters speak for themselves. Don’t think twice about hiring them.

**Updated - added 2 photos from the end of the summer (8/20). Worked with Angie (designer), Alex (landscaping) to design our new-build backyard at Lyric in Lone Tree. Angie made excellent reccommendations on plants, trees and design options that fit what I wanted and helped curate the docs I needed to submit for HOA approval. The installation team is professional, detail-oriented and went above and beyond on a couple asks that came up during the install process. GE was competitively priced and I would use them again in the future. Lived up to the name!

Guaranteed Excellence transformed our front yard from dated and disjointed to a beautiful modern show piece. Rafael and his team were great from start to finish. The communication was excellent in terms of expectations and pricing. The installation itself took a little over a week and the attention to detail was amazing to watch. Each person took pride in their work and ensured throughout the process that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the final result which exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Guaranteed Excellence!

We had Tran install a patio extension, walkway, and some plants to our house and it turned out amazing. They worked very quickly and charged much less than some of the other quotes we received. We would highly recommend them.

We bought a new house that needed alot of clean up ,replanting, sod, stone work and pavers.Tran"s quote was very reasonable and he beat out his competition and his start time for a one week project was just 2 weeks away. We absolutely love his work, his team and williness to always go the extra mile for us.They are the hardest and most pleasent workers we have had. I do not write many reveiews and Tran and his team deserve a 5+. We have referred him to our kids and would not hestitate to have him back for ALL of of future outdoor projects.

I highly recommend using Tran Brothers Landscaping. We had full sod and rock edging completed, extremely happy with the outcome and the price. Overall a great experience. 10/10

Cao and Quy were excellent to work with covering four projects: Rebuilding flagstone patio stairs that had sunk and were unsafe; removing unlevel paver stones from our adjacent patio and replacing them to make sure the patio was now level and safe; replacing manufactured stone pillar caps with flagstone caps; and redo a gravel walkway, including new stone borders. These folks are efficient, timely and fair priced.

Quy and his team were professional, hard working and competitively priced. They did a fantastic job on my backyard garden project. I highly recommend these guys.

I had scheduled an appointment with this company to take a look at a landscaping job for an estimate. I cut out of work early and raced home through traffic to try to get to this appointment only for them to cancel at the last minute. What was most frustrating is that the only reason I learned of the cancellation is because I reached out to them 10 minutes in advance of the scheduled time. It became quite clear that they had no intention of alerting me about the cancellation at all and were simply going to blow me off. I see that a lot of people have clearly had positive experiences with this group, but changing my entire schedule around to accommodate an appointment only to have it totally disregarded feels very inconsiderate. Moreover, the reason given for canceling the appointment, which, again, if I hadn't reached out I wouldn't have been given any reason at all, was due to concerns over parking. If the appointment had been kept as it should have been or if the company had actually communicated, I could have easily let them know that there is plentiful parking right across the street in the vacant lot that is unused. I find it continually baffling that seemingly the vast preponderance of individuals in any sort of contracting field have absolutely zero regard for anyone else's time or schedules, and this experience, simply reinforces that impression.
