Let me join the folks raving about Junkman. Needed some furniture and other items picked up ASAP. Filled out the request form on the Junkman website. Wes, got right back to me, and I had an appointment that day. The guys showed up on time, were very friendly and did a great job. Great service, reasonable price, I highly recommend Junkman Junk Removal.

I can see why they get such good reviews. Communication was excellent from the initial booking to reminders. They set a one hour arrival window but called in advance on the day to let me know they would arrive in 30 minutes - and they showed up exactly when they said they would. They were pleasant and efficient. Such a stress-free way to get rid of unwanted furniture!

Junkman was easy to work with. The made it hassle free and did a no contact pickup. Would recommend!

Ya'll were amazing, from the moment that I returned Alex's phone call to the time that Lars called me back to collect payment was less than an hour. When I called and was verifying my address with Alex, he told me that he already had a truck in the area, and could be at my house within minutes. I was tickled; that d@mn freezer had been hogging space in my garage for what seemed like forever. And the price was right, $89.00 flat fee. Everyone else I called wanted $100.00 or more plus mileage. When Lars called to let me know when he'd be there. We had a really fun conversation, I told him about my dog, named Larz. I could hear in his voice that he was genuinely tickled by this coincidence. I was so pleased and really, truly enjoyed the entire transaction. Junkman will be my go-to from here on out. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

LOVED the service I got. I called on Monday, super overwhelmed by all the stuff I had to dispose of. At first it went to voicemail and I hung up not leaving a message, they called back 30 seconds later. They were super friendly with talking me through what it looks like and how they kinda price things giving me a rough estimate of $325 for 1/2 load. They were available to take me the next day, sent a reminder text and then had availability to come earlier than originally anticipated if it worked for my schedule. 4 guys showed up (typically it’s 2) and they were beyond friendly. Got every thing done in about 45 mins, they were really close to the original estimate and charged $345. Less than 1/2 the price I was quoted for with other competitors. Will definitely be using them for all future junk removal, they were amazing. Friendly, Affordable and Efficient!

From the time that I made the phone call to arrange for a pick up, it’s been fantastic. There was zero issues, the dispatcher, the driver, and the assistant were absolutely wonderful. Made the pick up super simple, easy and quick and, they did not charge a lot. They were about half the cost of some of the bigger companies. I will be using them again and for all of my next redecorating projects.

Great job. They reconfirmed ahead of time, were on time, followed parking and building instructions perfectly. The crew of 2 removed and loaded the items quickly a d skillfully, with no damage to walls, doorframes, or elevators. They charged me less than anticipated in the original estimate. Super-pleased.

These guys are the best. I would use no other company. From the time I placed the call until the junk was gone was 1.5 hours. The actual price was lower than the estimate. You need look no further.
