This was a great way to get rid of my junk. A contractor wanted to bring in a dumpster but that would have cost more and would have been sitting around for a week. Junkman came and loaded up the junk and were gone in 30 minutes. They were very professional in their communication. I'll highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Excellent. Arrived 90 minutes after request and the job was first-rate. Picked up lots of junk and 6 appliances in about 30 minutes. Very reasonable fee.

These guys were great! Service was fast, mindful, and the price was fair. We really wanted to make sure some of our items would be donated and/or recycled, and they explained their process do ensure useable items would go to the right place. I will use them again.

I was very happy with the service and friendliness I received from Junkman! I prefer to speak to someone before I decide to make an appointment and they were always available. I even got a call from the office to let me know the approximate time the truck would arrive. Also, the driver sends a text closer to the arrival time. The guys who arrived were so nice and helpful. Great Service and I highly recommend you hire them!

Everyone with Junkman is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I spoke with Alex initially and he couldn't have been nicer. I needed additional info the next day and the person that answered was just as nice and knowledgable. The two gentlemen that hauled our office junk away, ( I think their names were Eli and Lorenzo? I apologize if I got that wrong!) were so sweet and accommodating that even the concierge for the office building remarked on how she plans on using them and recommending them in the future because she was so impressed. Thanks for making a somewhat stressful move so pleasant! I will be recommending this company and using them again in the future for sure!

This company is excellent! I talked to them Monday morning about a job I needed to have done. They came over at 1pm and had everything done within 2.5 hours. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They made the process so easy! I highly recommend!

From the initial call with Alex to Gary and Lorenzo taking care of the actual yard debris, I was completely at ease during the entire process. Today Junkman Enterprises came to help me clean unwanted items from my moms house. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, and promptly started cleaning my "junk". Everything was loaded up within about 25 minutes, and I had alot! They were so courteous and the price was very reasonable. To top it off, they did the job with a smile on their faces. I will be using them again and highly recommended their services. Great Company, with wonderful employees!

I’ve never given any company less than a 5 star review. This will be my first low review because our HOA had to fire this company in June of 2020 after they maintained the common grounds for awhile. They had a huge integrity breech which has landed our HOA in legal troubles. I don’t mind being overcharged as companies are allowed to charge what they think they are worth. I do mind dishonest people who take advantage of the elderly (which our community is predominately composed of). This is a dishonest company. Avoid if you can.

Side note: I am a construction estimator and expert in pricing for this line of work. They charge $200 for a job that on average should cost between $100 and $140. Had this been the only issue our HOA likely would still be using them and I would have given them 5 stars with a side note that they are a little more expensive than necessary. Unfortunately the level of sneakiness, deception, and dishonestly that we uncovered has me leaving a 1 star review. Buyer be ware.

I am surprised there are not more reviews for Barnes Custom Enterprises. My HOA has used Barnes for one small project and one large project. The owner, administrative support, and all other staff have been a delight to work with. The owner has been more than fair and flexible with us, through some unusual circumstances. And despite weather delays, he remembered and did absolutely everything we had discussed, down to the last detail. All staff listen carefully to my requests and answer all of my questions. I feel this business operates with the highest level of integrity and thoughtfulness. The Barnes Team has provided me with consistent communication and customer service that far exceeds my level of expectation. I would highly recommend Barnes to any HOA in need of their services.

Buyer beware. This is a dishonest company. Our HOA had a contract with this company. This company used his services for "maintenance" and he did plumbing repairs. This company is not a licensed plumber and the quality of work performed is substandard. He is dishonest. He told the Community Association Manager my hot water heater was leaking-- He never took any pictures. It was not leaking. I contacted a reputable plumbing company and I was told the hot water heater showed no signs of water leaking. He sent the HOA a bill over $1000.00. I refused to pay it. If this company was a licensed plumbing company- I would have pursued a lawsuit. Do not use this company.

Don't beleive the negative reviews, they do not reflect my company's experience in any way. I have worked with Tony Barnes and his staff extensively since 2016 on multiple properties. The level of service, workmanship, and value is nothing short of amazing. From plumbing, carpentry, drywall repairs, after-hours emergency response, and expert troubleshooting, you could not ask for a better or more knowledgable company. You cannot pay someone to care and when you find a company that genuinely cares about helping people in need, consider yourself lucky. We could not do what we do without their help. Tony, Laura, and Wayne are always there when we need them. SIX STARS!

I hired like new handyman and remodeling to put in a kitchen sink that needed to be replaced that our landlord was neglecting for over a Month the work was outstanding above and beyond very professional and prompt left the place looking Like new no pun intended..

Hired for a home remodeling and electrical upgrade projects and no regrets at all. He understood what I wanted and added quality input. Great work quality and I'm very happy with the outcome. Good communication and never had any issues getting a hold of him when needed. Absolutely would recommend and would hire again.
