First time home owner! Our honey locust was healthy, but needed trimming badly. This tree is in our front yard and over 60' tall. They trimmed it and gave us some firewood from it.
Our crab apple in the backyard was dying and needed to be removed. They worked around our schedule and came to cut it down and stump it when it was convenient for us.

They communicate clearly and effectively. Coordinate quick service and make sure you are happy with their work!

We used Ross Tree company to remove some very large trees and stumps from our yard. Everyone who serviced our house was nice/polite and respectful, and left our yard clean when they were finished. 10/10 would recommend!!

The folks at Ross Tree Company were all great to work with. They made it super clear what trees we needed to prune and those that were in good shape. The crew that came out was great, super fast, cleaned up everything before they left.

Each of these trees gets great attention for shaping and trimming. The equipment they use is top quality. The branches are neatly cleaned away and the crew is professional and willing and able to provide feedback as to the well-being of the trees. This is our third time using this company and we continue to value the service they provide in keeping our trees healthy and strong. Colorado winters warrant special care for our mature trees. This company will provide the service needed to be prepared for harsh winters.

We wanted to update our review today to say our satisfaction with Ross Tree services exceeds, if that is possible what we have written 3 years ago. They are so professional and so responsive and do work that actually cares" about your trees and shrubs. In the long drawn out draught we have used Ross to feed and deep root water our trees to keep them healthy and beautiful. Freedom one of the Techs who comes to our home to deep root water the trees and shrubs has become a friend. He is professional and friendly- clearly cares about doing a wonderful job.
We have been using Ross Tree Services for years and we wouldn't use anyone else. From the the ladies at the office to the professional arborists to the fellas who come to feed and deep root water in times of draught and hot summers -they are all attentive, responsive and professional. Our trees are very important to us and Ross cares for them like we are all a big family. We highly recommend them.

It is rare that when a business screws up (with my initial meeting date, time and location) that they handle it with absolute professionalism and went above and beyond to make it right. It is so refreshing to have felt like someone who hadn't even won my business yet, bent over backwards to acknowledge my frustration and then provide exceptional customer service. My arborist left yesterday and my trees are going to be so happy. He was incredibly polite, prompt and even cleaned up some tree debris that wasn't directly a part of his trimming debris. Will definitely use them again when I have them come out for my evergreens.

I had a bad tree trimming/pruning experience several years ago when Swingle Tree company almost ruined a very large apricot tree that is a central element in my backyard. It needed pruning again and I have been using Ross Tree company to do deep root watering and fertilizing to my trees for about 3 years now, so I hired them to do the job. I was nervous about it, but they were wonderful. They were so much more respectful of the tree and the property. They did the job manually, only trimming what was absolutely necessary to raise the tree skirt and remove the dead wood while preserving the tree's shape (that is, what's left of it after Swingle's butcher job). There were birdbaths and newly blooming tulips under the tree and they were totally unharmed. Ross did a wonderful job.

We have used Ross Tree Company for 30+ yrs. They are punctual and reliable. We recently had 10 trees trimmed. Mario, Isidro and Victor were great. They were knowledgeable and great to work with. We appreciated their attitude and their work ethic.

We had Ross Tree Company trim our Aspen trees away from our roof and siding while also pruning back the deadwood. The trees look amazing and the healthiest they've looked in years. They even managed not to damage my flowers in the flower garden under the trees while they were trimming the trees. They cleaned up all of the leaves and branches when they were done and made sure we were happy with their work before they left.

We have employed Ross Tree Company several times for tree trimming and tree removal (unhappy aspens).
The employees have been friendly and effective, and their work met all expectations.
We will call them again in the future.

We called Ross Tree Co. for removal of a GIGANTIC dead maple tree in our front yard that was hanging over the street and a liability to drivers, street parking, and pedestrians. We also needed a hefty trimming on a large tree in our backyard. James came out and was very professional, and also gave us a quote that was a SHOCKINGLY great value for what we were sure would cost us a fortune.
The crew came out and did a great job of avoiding windows and fencing with the huge amount of falling debris. They also used harnesses and rope for having to climb the tree to do the trimming, so it was great to see them using their PPE. No doubts here that Ross Tree actually cares about their guys that do the work.
We even had delays because of snow, and the office staff was communicative and clear about the process.
10/10 will recommend to everyone I know, and will be using for all of my needs for this in the future.

My husband and I, as well as our next door neighbor who recommended them, have been with Ross Tree for close to four decades, and continue to be very pleased with their work. The trees they tend have grown enormously during that time, always with branches in post-trim good health--a tribute to their good care, judgment, tree pruning and management, even under challenging rope-and-height working conditions. The majority of our trees now are species of ash, and each has been protected biannually by Ross since before the first instances of emerald ash borer were found outside the northwest metro area. In near 40 years of their service, we have only needed to request the redo of a tree twice. Ross has responded each time quickly, willingly, and thoroughly, and generously. Each and every time I use Ross for my home they do a fantastic job. I had a large limb break from one of my trees. The next morning they were out trimming, cutting and hauling away the debris. One of the most professional and reliable companies I’ve ever used.

These guys are the best in the business! Mario is a true professional with safety first. He took down a 30 year old 50’ ash tree between 2 houses and didn’t make a mistake. It came down like a puzzle with no damage to anything. Carlos came the next day and ground the stump deep enough to fill with dirt and plant an ornamental grass. Excellent work for a very reasonable price!

David at Ross is always wonderful to schedule our work. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew shows up on time and does a great job. Our trees are 25+ years old, and very tall. The crew did a terrific job trimming them and cleanup.

Ross trimmed my silver maple trees front and back yard . They were extremely courteous and professional. My trimming was completed in Nov. This spring I noticed that a few dead branches were visible. I called to see what could be done about cleaning out the dead branches. I was expecting to experience a hassle about doing the clean up. They were here the very next day and pruned away the dead branches. Excellent service. I have lived here 31 years and have always dreaded finding a good tree service. I am grateful to have found Ross Tree Company, and will definitely use them in the future.

Ross Tree Company was very responsive and came out to look at our property twice and answer our questions about removing a very large tree in a very tough spot. The 4 gentlemen that arrived to remove the tree did an amazing job of protecting our yard and removing the tree practically without a trace. Absolutely will recommend to others in need of a fair priced, professional and reliable company.

We have used Ross several times in the past and once again they met expectations. The full trimming was for our enormous 4foot+ diameter Elm.
I was a very big job requiring a crew of four and even supplemented with an addition crew for part of the day. They completed the work well and within the required time frame, which was quite important since the powerlines needed to be dropped and reattached in the same day.
Job well done.

Ross Tree Company was responsive and got me a competitive estimate quickly. They kept me informed when we had to delay the removal due to a snow storm and were able to do it the next day. They did a good job and left a clean site. Would recommend!

Half of a dead tree fell in our yard over Memorial weekend, and it was right next to our house. We were lucky it didn't hit our house or our neighbors house. We had a couple more dead trees in our yard and didn't want to take any chances. Ross Tree Company got back to us in timely manner, showed up when they said they would, and had fair pricing. No other company did these three things. Ross's team was professional and did a great job! We will definitely be using them again and referring them to our neighbors , family, and friends.
