Do NOT use this company!!!!Steven trimmed our trees and left the branches behind. We have reached out to him for the past 2 weeks and he’s not responding. We had to remove them ourselves (filled up the bed of the truck). I do NOT recommend them!

They park their huge trucks on the street in Arvada neighborhoods and block sidewalks overnight and over the weekend. Illegal and inconsiderate.

Steven is extremely professional, not only providing a thorough estimate during the initial visit, but completing the job within the timeframe while ensuring zero damage to our property as well as our neighbors, which is what anyone could have expected, but is not always reality.

Signed the contract to snow plow my commercial property parking lot. Mr Steven did not come to plow when the snow came and cut off all the communication.

Just wanted to be official and it would be great if you could confirm that as of 11/17/19 the Southeast Denver Dental is terminating the snow removal contract with Ace Tree and Lawn LLC, due to breach of agreement and work not being done.Additionally communication has not been returned from the Ace Tree and Lawn.The initial contract dated 10/11/19 and valid for a year is now void.

My dad hired this company to take out a couple of tree. He took one out and left the other one. This company has stopped communicating with us. We also paid him. Id never recommend this company to anyone. If I could I would leave a no star review

I bought firewood from Steven. He said it would be 8-12% moisture. "High BTUs," he said. So I ordered 1 cord. It was delivered very quickly.

However, very little of the wood was ready to burn. Average moisture content was over 25%. One in five pieces were below 12% moisture, but many pieces were over 50%, which will only hiss, smolder, and steam. (I tested 3 dozen of the driest looking logs.)

The entire "cord" fit into my wood shed which is 0.8 cord in volume. Some of the wood smells horrendous and stinks up my house and the neighborhood when I burn it. Lots of beetle larvae as well.

Buddy, I'm really disappointed that you lied to me and ripped me off. I tried calling before writing this but no answer. Call me back at the 405 number if you want to make it right.

We hired this company to trim a tree and remove a stump. They told us they had to reschedule the first agreed upon date because of a flat tire, then missed the second date because their truck was in an accident, and then never showed on the third date without any explanation of where they were. Didn't return multiple attempts to reschedule via phone or email.

Steve set a date and time to come out and prune our trees, Tuesday June 20th at 8:00-8:30 am. No show, no call, no text. 3 hours later he texted 'can come at 1 pm or would be better tomorrow'. I said I can't tomorrow, 1:00 came and went, no call, no text, nothing. He called later that night, we agreed on Saturday at 8:00 am. They did show up just after 9:00. Bucket truck blocking most of our street and partially blocking other neighbor's drive. Then Steve disappeared with another neighbor, into his backyard, probably talking about trees, I dont know. Not even getting his two workers started, he left them standing around holding their hard hats in their hands, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes - where is he?? Now my husband is angry (he is easy to work for and rarely gets angry). Steve comes waltzing back "what, are you mad?" "Yes, we have been waiting a week to get this done. Are you going to start or what?" Steve; "Hey, I don't need your business". "Ok, leave then". And they do with Steve continuing to exclaim "I don't need your business" over and over. Go elsewhere, they don't need your business. Responsiveness: 1, Communication: 1, Customer Service/Relations: 0, Quality of work: unknown.

Just had them trim a very large Maple tree in my back yard, they did a great job, very professional, rates were very reasonable and clean up was done. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. Thanks Steven and crew .

Five Stars--simply said. We had a little bit of a freak snow storm that broke some trees in our yard. We were up against a tight timeline. Within 24 hours, Steve and Bo showed up, did a great job, and charged me a very fair price. I will be bringing them back this summer for some maintenance work on some trees in the backyard. I am so thankful!

Fast and reliable. Were able to fit us in to schedule while other companies were weeks out and our tree needed to be removed immediately due to weather deteriorating the tree. Did an excellent job not only removing but clean up. We highly recommend.
