My once beautiful, near-perfect tree had become a vast mass of twisted, snarly, and broken limbs and branched. Almost every limb and branch had substantial squirrel damage. They had eaten all the bark off the top of the limb. It also had an extensive cavity containing a heavy amount of decay and rotten wood due to a large limb that broke off in one of our massive snow storms a couple of years ago.

I kept putting off doing anything because it still provided a great deal of shade for my favorite place, both inside and out, my large stamped concrete patio. However, my neighbors and I had become very concerned about falling branches and the inevitable; a large limb coming down and taking out our fence, my shed {less than 10 feet from the tree}, and possible physical injury to any of us that might be around when it comes down.

Every day I looked at this now 20-year-old nightmare tree. It was an eyesore and a genuine threat of human injury and/or property damage. After reading several landscape company reviews, I contacted Environmental Tree Care, LLC. They sent an arborist, and we discussed possible solutions, including complete tree removal. It would be very costly and a significant loss to me. A team meeting at Environmental Tree Care, LLC provided me with another option. They could do an extremely heavy trimming, which the owner, Ken, recommended. An 8:30 a.m. appointment was set.

Jr. and his team arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. They worked exceptionally quickly and effectively. Their clean-up was above and beyond what I expected. There was no damage to my landscaping, fence, or shed, and no branch was left behind!!! These guys are amazing. They are very professional, respectful, and genuinely friendly. I sure didn’t feel like just another job because of the attentive responses to my questions by Jr. and his team..

We had our trees trimmed by Environmental Tree Care LLC. The services we received were well beyond what we expected. Even though I am not a tree expert I am aware trees need to be taken cared for variety reasons. Initially I didn't pay much attention to what the workers were doing, however I began to notice some interesting and curious behaviors by the workers climbing around on the trees. They seemed to be very precise, directive, and purposeful, as they climbed around the tree, in some cases cutting off large branches even I knew should be taken off, in some cases smaller branches, but in some cases very small "twigs", perhaps an inch or two long. So my interest and curiosity grew. I thought "wow there is more to this than I thought". After perhaps an hour of observing, the person I assumed was the supervisor came down to observe the tree from various positions in the yard. That was my chance to ask questions, and make observations. The clarity I received was clearly interesting, but more importantly extremely important for the health of our tree. I learned I was not watering the tree as I should, I was using a deep root water around the tree close to the trunk, and let the water run for 15 or 20 minutes. He explained a new process for me which would provide the necessary water to even the smallest of the root system. This new process would use mush less water but provide the necessary water for a healthy tree. He went on to describe several changes I could make to create a healthier environment for our trees. I can clearly say I was extremely pleased with the services and help I received from environmental Trees, and would recommend them for anyone who wishes to maintain healthy trees in their yard.

Wow! These folks were so great! Our large crab apple tree just collapsed very suddenly due to rot in the trunk. Within 30 minutes of contact them, someone was out giving us a fair estimate, and within a few hours, the tree was completely cleared out. We were very nervous about the rest of the tree falling and causing further damage. They understood this and sent a team out quickly. SO grateful for this company and how much they helped us!

The workmanship was superb!!! My job had many obstacles, but they ALL (many) worked brilliantly around every one of them. When they left my yard it looked beautiful!!!

We had several trees that needed some attention with dead branches cleaned out. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Since we had fruit and ornamental trees in addition to several Aspens and pine trees, it was a 2 stage process. We are very pleased with our decision to use Environmental Tree Care. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic! Were recommended by friends and neighbors. Were on time and a did VERY professional job! I've had quite a few tree people over the years for my rental properties and believe me, these were the best, bar none. Attention to detail and clean up were over the top! Even going as far as to place logs to prevent divots from falling branches. Lowest bid as well!

Mitch and his team showed up right on time. They were very professional and did exactly what I wanted them to do. They were also very fast and cleaned up every thing. Environmental Tree Care also came in with the best price out of three different companies that came out and gave estimates. My experience all around was a 10/10.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received from Environmental Tree Care. My neighbors tree was so big it was nearly touching my roof. First, the arborist explained to me what they could and couldn't do because it was my neighbors tree, so I knew exactly what to expect. Then on the day of service, the crew showed up right on time and were finished within an hour. AN HOUR! They not only took care of the protruding branches, they cleaned everything up. Not just hauled off branches, they swept and used a leaf blower so my patio was clear. So professional and courteous! The price was also phenomenal and I couldn't be happier. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Vinny and his team were outstanding. He explained everything clearly, answered every question, and worked with real care and precision. You can tell he has a true passion for what he does. Noah was also fantastic, friendly, professional, and confident working on the roof with all his tools in tow.

Mario, Milton, and Coco did an amazing job cutting down a tree in your backyard! They were efficient, safe, and left my backyard cleaner than what it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with the work they did!

Awesome company! We needed several large trees trimmed and another one cut down. They gave us a great price and were very knowledgeable about the rules for cutting and trimming trees in Denver. The crew was very nice and they did a good job of cleaning everything up afterwards. Mitch and Joshua were very easy to work with and were very careful when cutting down the tree right in front of our building. The cuts were controlled and safe. The trees they trimmed look great and are now in compliance with Denver’s regulations. We are very pleased with their job and definitely recommend them.

The wife and I just had the best experience ever with Environmental Tree Care. Mitch and his crew are top notch. We were really sad to have to cut down our tree in front of our house. But they did an incredible job, managed the tree coming down safely, and were completely respectful of our house and neighbors. Environmental Tree Care has been the only tree service I have used for over 3 years now. They are fair, easy to work with and do great work. They have brought one of my trees back from serious decline and advised on numerous others. Recently, they took a worn looking ash and turned it into quite the parkway tree. If you love your trees like I do, call these guys!

Environmental Tree Care offers a white glove and worry free service. They removed 5 massive trees in an 8’ space in my backyard, carried them over my home without a hitch in record time. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle this type of project. Very professional and experts at their craft!

I was extremely pleased with the service we received from Ken and his team. I hired him to remove a Cottonwood, approximately 90' tall, that was starting to die. Due to the size and location on our lot, it wasn't accessible with typical crane equipment, and the trunk was located about 10" from a fence.

It took 3 days to complete the job. They were very careful about their work, controlling the fall of many branches with ropes, and when it came time to drop sections of the main trunk, they were consistently dropped in the same spot so that it didn't make a mess of the yard with big divots everywhere.

When the job was done, they did a great job cleaning both our yard and the neighbor's yard (the one with whom we share that fence) and he was so impressed, he actually went out of his way to call me to express his satisfaction with their clean up!

My girlfriend had similar trees removed from the the same area of the yard about 4 years ago, and she noted that this team did a markedly better and safer job than the last crew, and both she and the neighbor noted that they cleaned up much better as well.

I'm looking forward to working with Ken on planting some replacement trees.
