I am pleased at how quick I got a response. Living in Loveland means this company has to travel. The owner made accommodations to cone to my home even if I live almost an hour away. My appointment is this Saturday and I’m looking forward to getting my carpets cleaned. I give a great recommendation as they are willing to come from Denver to clean my carpets. I can leave another recommendation after my carpets are actually cleaned. Easy and quick to respond.

Alex was super easy to communicate with, arrived on time and did an amazing job. He took the extra time needed to do a good job and really get all the dirt out since it had been a while between cleans for our white linen couch.

10/10 would recommend and will ask Alex to return.

Alex was super helpful and punctual! Very flexible with scheduling, he was able to come the same day! My puppy made a mess on my new carpet (barely moved to this house too!)
