Alex did an amazing job on our area rug, stairs, and upstairs hallway. I have guest coming over this week and wanted the carpet to look brand new and I got exactly that. Alex squeezed me in today and was done in less than 1.5 hours which was great. I would highly recommend for any carpet cleaning needs.

I’ve had Metro Maintenance clean the carpets in two of the houses I lived in within the last two years. They always showed up on time, were available to clean at a time that suited my schedule, protected the house while bringing hoses and other equipment through the doors, and (naturally) cleaned the carpets.

I will keep using them for regular cleaning of my carpets.

1) quick reaction (was onsite working the day he was called. With flood remediation this is critical as it stops mold)
2) upfront communication. Quoted me what it would cost, and why (provided a detailed breakdown)
3) responded immediately every time I called him - and proactively called me too
4) Saved me money - did not take the “nuclear option” and tell me that I needed to rip down all the drywall for $10k. Was very fair with pricing and genuinely took the cheapest effective strategy. He was actually able to reuse carpet pad saving me $600 from the total I agreed to pay!
5) proven results. Milen took humidity tests to quantify the lack of moisture and prove that the job was done.
