I am literally watching these guys blow dirt & leaves out of our docking space and all of it is going right back in our shop! Blowing dirt and trash all over the parking lot and all of the cars parked our front are now filthy. They could have just asked us to close our doors but they can even do that! Absolutely terrible and pathetic workers!

We use CoCal for our landscaping and snow removal. They are always great with communication, and they always do a stellar job!

These guys mow leaves in the parking lot unnecessarily close to car. They just up rocks and dust all over my car

If the quality of your landscaping is anything like your people drive their vehicles I will stay far away. Put your phone down and learn to pay attention

3/17/21 at 4:45p. While doing snow removal at Del Corso Park in Broomfield the driver ran into a stone bench and knocked it off of it's base. He got out and looked at the bench with a shovel. Rather than fixing it, got back in his truck and continued to move snow. He proceeded to pile the snow blocking the gate to an apartment complex.

I was injured because I tripped and fall due to a workers negligence of not posting signs that they had a wire going from street to property that was not very visible. Supervisor told worker to tell me it was a construction area (no signs posted) and it was not his problem. So if you have someone do eowo for you and something occurs like this, think of whom the problem will lay.

I love this company. They not only work hard in landscape in the summer, but all year round. They're great with their snow removal fleet. They are always super busy, so if you don't get thru right away, please call them again.

As difficult as closing out a new project can be CoCal and Ferman Martinez performed excellent and completed our scope ahead of anticipated schedule. Communicating with me even on Saturdays to organize our work.
I would be pleased to work with Ferman again.

They ruined our lawn by using too much fertilizer, then turning our sprinklers off! I gave them 2 months to fix it, they never did. Overall experience with everything else they did was not professional. I have come to the conclusion they have no idea what they are doing.

Another accident almost caused by cocal landscaping! Truck 0128 traveling West on Hampden dropped 2 bags of clippings in the middle of the highway at Wadsworth... Continuing to drive without going to pick it up... I followed them to the Waste Management transfer at station where my trip ended and they continued on.
My husband picks up trash all day but I guess if it's still there and we can get to it without getting hit, we will pick it up. But I will remember NOT to use CoCal Landscaping, I'll tell everyone i know as well!

these guys suck. they do sloppy work. they dont weed-wack around poles or sign posts, even after you complain about it every month for years. they dont care. but after 3 years of it... i had to post a review.... oh and their "snow removal"? ..even worse. morons send a small 1997 S-10 pickup with a tiny blade on it. all it does it compact the snow and make it even slicker. and they show up after the parking lot is full (even though our contract is for 5am) and they just make a mess. idiots.

I've found Cocal to be one of the most professional landscape maintenance & construction companies in Denver. They are a joy to deal with. The Medrano Family has a great reputation industry wide and Chuy has been a true pioneer for the Green Industry. The Medrano's give back to the communities they service and are involved on a personal level in their prospective communities through sponsorships and coaching. Cocal understands the challenges of all facets of the irrigation, landscape, fertilizer and snow removal businesses and should be on the top of your list of companies to call when you need true professionals to evaluate and make your property one which garners great reviews! They are certainly on the top of mine.

I have used Jody Medrano and his team for over 15 years and consider them to be a to be a professional top shelf company. CoCal has provided landscape maintenance/renovation; tree removal, planting and pruning; snow removal; and pest/weed control services in a professional manner and with market pricing. CoCal installed a very large commercial French drainage system in accordance with our engineer's specifications, at a time when we struggled to locate landscapers willing to take on this project, and did a professional job that has withstood the test of time. Our experience working with CoCal lived up to every expectation a consumer could have. I had the privilege of working with Ferman from CoCal Landscaping on one of our Multi-Family projects and they did an outstanding job. CoCal and crew installed all of our landscaping rocks, trees, shrubs, raised planters, and even cedar post fencing. They are very responsive and their workmanship is excellent! I would recommend CoCal and use them again.

Today while riding my bike down 78th towards the Platte River trail one of CoCals landscaping trucks blew through a stop sign at 78th and downing and hit me in a situation where I tried to stop because I knew their driver wasn't looking. After hitting me and running over my bike the driver sped off. Multiple witnesses put their truck at the scene. After calling to figure out who hit me they questioned if it was really their company. This was over 6 hours ago and they have done nothing about it. I refuse to believe they don't know who did it. A police report has been filed and further actions will be taken. Oh and all this happened in an active school zone.

CoCal has maintained my HOA for over 8 years. They've done an amazing job with zero scaping areas and have reduced water costs. They always get all the ornamental grasses cut in time for our Christmas walk and do an amazing job on Christmas lights. Plus the staff is always proactive and very polite! Highly recommend.
