Shawn and his team are absolute professionals. The most knowledgeable in the business. Shawn, the owner, actually trains other businesses. They wont be the cheapest quote, but you get what you pay for and then some. I trust them with my high end furniture pieces and have never been disappointed. I would never take a gamble of hiring a cheap company for expensive furniture and area rugs, it's not worth it. PCS is the best of the best in Denver.

I contacted Professional Carpet Systems to have my carpeted staircase, landing and master bedroom cleaned. They were excellent to work with--from the initial booking to the service, I couldn't be happier. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was thorough and detail oriented and made my carpets look brand new. I will definitely be using them in the future!

PCS did an amazing job with water damage that we had from a window well overflowing. We thought our carpet would need to be replaced for sure but it came clean by some miracle. Definitely recommend!

We had a dishwasher malfunction and after realizing it wasn't just a little mess but that we needed professionals to dry out and clean up the water damage and mold, we called Servepro at the recommendation of our insurance company and PSC. So glad we went with PCS -- They were more expensive and also much more meticulous and thorough. Jeff spent a few extra days on our site when things weren't drying the way they normally should and he traced the water damage to a whole different section of the house after the water had jumped some floor joists. What impressed me the most was their customer service. We've had a nightmare of a time dealing with insurance and an adjustor who just disappears for weeks and gets confused on what's an estimate and an invoice. It took much longer than anyone expected for insurance to pay the final payment to PSC. I just so appreciate how Jeff and Shawn were compassionate and patient with us as we navigated insurance. They could easily have pressured us to pay the remainder out of pocket when we hit 30 days past due and would have been in their right to do so. Thank you so much for making this nightmare less nightmarish.

We have used this company twice. We received very prompt and professional service. Christian and Dakota worked quickly and efficiently to revise our job and get carpets cleaned. They were very personable and did an excellent job. We will contact them for any future needs.

Suffered some water damage on two levels of my home. PCS booked me very quickly, sparing my home from permanent damage and/or expensive repairs.

Team was thorough and attentive. All staining, discolorations, and odor from water (and whatever came up from the carpet pad with it) was removed. Carpets were left almost completely dry.

The PCS team has always been professional, on time and goes above and beyond with their quality of work. They have helped us on a number of occasions with carpet cleaning and was our partner after the Marshall Fires introduced smoke damage to our home. They came to help right away to deep clean the soot, char and ash out of our home, caring for the space as it was their own. I couldn't recommend anyone else and always love working with them. Jake was my technician... he was very thorough, removing spots from my white carpet (which I was foolish to purchase in the first place!) and body oils from my white sofas. He even came back the next week, without question, to work on some tough spots which showed back up a few days later. Their prices are quite a bit higher than other companies, but worth it for the quality of service, attention to detail and professionalism. I will only use PCS in the future for all my cleaning needs.

Best carpet cleaners I have found near Boulder. We’ve relied on them for multiple years now. For our most recent visit Kristian cleaned our couch as well as most of our carpets. He is so knowledgeable about wool carpets and is quite efficient, hard working, and pleasant. Thank you, Kristian & PCS!

We have white furniture, 2 yrs since we bought and the couch, loveseat and 2 chairs were starting to show some wear. Jake came and did a wonderful job but there were a few areas that still looked like they weren’t quite cleaned. I emailed Heather and she called and said that Jake would be happy to come back. We recently used PCS for both air duct and carpet cleaning and we couldn't have been happier. Sean and his team worked around our very tight/complicated schedule (the furnace decided to die that very morning...) and they did a great job. They were very thorough, respectful and professional. This company is amazing: professional, communicative, reasonably priced. But most of all, they are the best at what they do. I had severe pet urine issues in some carpets and rugs and they RESOLVED THEM! Unbelievable what they were able to accomplish. Five stars just isn’t a high enough recommendation.

Our 5 year old threw up in the middle of the night in the middle of our hallway right at the top of the stairs. The most highly trafficked spot of all carpeted areas in our house. It was a good sized mess. I called the carpet cleaner that I normally use and he was booked more than a week out but said that with something like that you don't want that to sit and need to get it out of the carpet ASAP. He referred me to Shawn and PCS. I called immediately and Shawn was out of town doing some training but whomever I spoke to got my info and an overview of my situation. They were able to track down a team that were able to make it to my house by noon and they did a fantastic job. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They did an incredible job and left my place much better than they found it. I couldn't even stay till they were done so they let themselves out and I found the place in perfect order when I returned. Could not be happier with the service provided and even with an "emergency call" the cost was totally reasonable. I will never hesitate to trust PCS with caring for my carpet. I'm super grateful for being referred to them and their excellent work. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs help in their house with no reservations whatsoever.

Getting my carpets cleaned by Professional Cleaning Specialists was a wonderful experience. From scheduling, to cleaning, to billing, everyone was helpful, efficient, and friendly. And the results were beautiful - with their attention to detail and persistence, they were able to get out stains that other cleaning companies weren't able to clean and when they left, our matted down carpets looked new!
