This is our second time hiring Premier and we’re extremely happy with the results!

I got a text they were on the way, and they arrived 15 minutes latter. The three man team did an excellent job and were done with my 14 windows in about an hour. They are clean like the day they were installed.

Tyler and his team were professional and provided excellent service. They were running late and Tyler called to explain the situation, which I appreciated. Once they arrived, they got straight to work! I hired Premier because they were one of the few window cleaning companies that also clean window tracks, and I'm so happy that mine are now free of all the dust and debris. Plus my windows and bathroom mirrors are sparkling!

They did a great job for us. In construction things change all the time. With no hesitation, they were very accommodating. Easy to work with.

We finished up a prolonged construction project and water to TLC our asphalt driveway after completion. These guys showed up to my house expounding on their ability to completely clean my driveway and make it look spotless. They assured me that they would get it done with their 500 degree water/steam or whatever it is and that they would do whatever it takes to satisfy the need.
Well, they didn't and have completely ghosted us on the follow up. They received their money (which we paid, because we assumed they had integrity) but that's where our contact ended.
The only contact that we get from them is their annoying marketing emails (don't believe the hype) and after repeated attempts to reach them, I'm leaving a review to warn all of you. They clearly don't stand behind their work and will not offer you effective customoer service (they'll ignore you like a pro, however). Our project finished up last October, and they have ignored our pleas to keep their word for almost a year.
Avoid these guys like the plague.

I called Premier because they are so highly lauded by Tom Martino. I initially spoke with Tyler who was nice and said he’d get us an estimate on Monday. I waited til the next Friday, called and left a message. Nothing. I finally put in an internet request and got an estimate. I messaged twice to say I wanted to talk to someone before the job, nothing. They did show up and they did a good job on the windows. A few little bits of inattention, including leaving our double gate open. Not a big deal. I told the guy about how I tried to make contact four times and he apologized and said he’d talk to Tyler. I expected to hear back. Nothing. Either he didn’t follow through or it’s another non-response from the owner. Either way, it all just leaves a cloud over what was a good job.

I had my interior and exterior windows done, and I can say more than ever my house is a home. Thank you so much for everything, now I understand why their motto is from dirty to dazzling. Tyler’s crew is the most attentive and communicative contractor I’ve ever hired, they walked me through every step and I felt safe to leave my home in their hands. Thank you so much team at Premier!

I can’t say enough about Premier Window Cleaning and what an exceptional job Izzy did to include his boss Tyler. Tyler was extremely helpful when we first spoke. I needed the job done within two days and he made it happen. Izzy was very conscientious and a hard worker. I would recommend this company to both residential clients and commercial. Tyler, with Premier Window Cleaning and Power Washing made an appointment with me for clearing snow as soon as I called and had all of our snow cleared that evening. They came two days later and cleaned off another two feet of snow. Excellent job both times. We are very glad to be using their service and have recommened them to others.

I was extremely pleased with the job your man (was not home so didn't get his name) did on home windows and on the sunroom where he did inside and outside. They look great. Would gladly use your company again.

Chris came out to clean our windows. Chris did an excellent job and he was so nice as well. I was lucky to get a service date that worked out for me. I would use Premier Windows and Chris again. We love our sparkling windows again.

I signed up with Tyler to have my windows cleaned inside and out on a quarterly basis. I paid upfront so I could get a little better deal. Please do not use this company I only received 1 cleaning and it was the outside only. I made several appointments and they never showed. I left messages for Tyler on his phone and he has never once returned my calls. The man is a crook!

Tyler and his crew did a great job installing our Christmas lights on our high and steep roof lines. They were friendly and respectful and wanted to make sure we were absolutely happy with the work they did before they left. My husband always decorates our house each year and it has bothered him ever since we moved here 7 years ago that the west and back side of our house didn’t have lights due to the steepness of the roof line…can’t wait to see how it looks this year!

Don’t use them for pressure washing. I pressure washed part of the siding on our house shortly after we moved in and realized I wouldn’t be able to do the entire house myself. The parts of the siding that I cleaned looked great and stood out after they pressure washed. It looked like they didn’t even touch it. They came back a second time and there was still a noticeable difference between their “professional” work and mine. I don’t think they even touched the upper siding. They finished the siding on my 2,800 sqft home in 30-45 minutes the first time they were here and a little over an hour the second time. Tyler gave excuses like my siding was oxidized, but couldn’t explain why the part I cleaned was noticeably better than his work. I requested a refund from Tyler and he promised a refund. After almost a month of no refund, I had to file a claim with my credit card company for the refund after Tyler gave me the runaround. Seriously would consider anyone else for pressure washing before using Tyler’s company.
