My relationship with Oriental rug cleaning goes back several years. I first met them in Istanbul and because I am addicted to old Turkish rugs we made contact again when I moved to Denver. They do excellent work beyond cleaning such as repairing fringes dings and other maladies that come with old handmade rugs. They are well worth the money and time.

We had 2 large room size oriental rugs cleaned and repaired. Our beautiful rugs had been damaged by our pets, and I was not sure that they would ever be the same. These guys were amazing! Customer service was outstanding! They picked up my rugs, checked in with me on costs, sent me updates and photos to progress, and even shipped them out of state after we moved. They are honest and trustworthy. I was so afraid that we might not ever see our rugs again when we moved. They stayed in contact with me, and reassured me that they were taking care of everything.

Punctual, professional, and produce amazing results! I own an older Persian rug with lots of reds and whites, and they took extra care to do the proper testing to ensure there was no color bleed. Hasan was a pleasure to work with, very reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable about this service. They did an excellent job and I will definitely use them again in the future- my rug looks beautiful, Thank you!!

Highly recommend Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic for getting impossible stains out of rugs. I brought in a rug that had coffee stains on it. I had tried to get the stains out myself, but because of the material of the rug (some viscose), my attempts made the small stain into a huge stain that had completely ruined the rug. I did not think it was salvageable. They gave me a quote when I dropped it off, and they told me they weren't 100% sure they could get it out, but that they'd try. If I wasn't satisfied or if they couldn't get it out, they were willing to apply part of the cleaning cost to a purchase of a new rug. They are very honest about what they believe they can do, and what they are going to charge. The cleaning costs seem fair. Definitely more economical than purchasing a new rug.

When I saw the cleaned rug, I was amazed. It looked like new. They also cleaned a dining room viscose rug for me, that had pet stains on it. Came out beautifully. I will trust them with all of my future rug needs. Not only do they do the cleaning very well, they are trustworthy, kind and easy to work with.

The Clinic team were responsive and professional, and service was both much faster than expected and incredibly thorough. My rug was looking fairly long in the tooth -- it's now back to its original glory! Highly, highly recommend for any specialty rug services.

They were amazing!! Came and picked up our rugs. They came back beautifully cleaned. He even explained the history, artists signarure,and other interesting details about our rare antique parlor runner! We'll be back, had a great experience.

The owners were more than accommodating to our needs. They are extremely knowledgeable regarding carpets, how and where they were made , and how to care for them. I highly recommend this company when you need an oriental carpet cleaned. They were also extremely helpful in assisting us to hang our carpet on the wall.

Oriental Rug Care saved two of my Persian rugs from being ruined of pet urine odor. Our elderly dog became incontinent and unfortunately had urinated on our very expensive rugs and I thought they were ruined. It did take three months to get them back but they returned odor free. Oriental Rug Care kept on working until they were cleaned! The price was very reasonable, customer service was great and I got my beautiful rugs back! I would highly recommend this business!

The people at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic are wonderful! My beloved Turkmen carpet was being devoured by moths. I took it to them in miserable tatters, begging them to fix it as much as possible - and they did! Wonderful work, wonderful people! Ia am so grateful.

Great people to work with. They were available for any questions and/or problems, & did a wonderful job of cleaning my soiled rug. When I was in a serious accident and hospitalized shortly before the job was done, they returned my rug and placed it in my house exactly where it was supposed to go. I really loved how caring and professional they were. I have used them again since, and the customer service and quality of work was still as great as I remembered. Highly Recommended!

This was my 2nd time to bring a rug to this business. From start to finish the process was easy. As requested I set the cleaning up in advance, dropped the rug off and picked it up at the same location. It was clean and like new! Very happy with their service. They even offered to make a pad to go under the rug. Great service!

I got this Pottery Barn 8x10 Gray and White Scroll Design Handtufted Wool Rug on Facebook Marketplace for free. I got a few quotes on getting it cleaned. $600. $520. $450 but $30 for pick up and delivery.

Oriental Rug & Carpet Clinic picked it up, cleaned it, and delivered it back to my house for $280. This rug retails at $1400!!! It looks brand new! Uzair is amazing, prompt, and communicates throughout the whole process to let you know how they're doing with the rug, when you can expect it back, and delivery. I am ELATED.

The professional team at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic performed an outstanding job of cleaning and restoring three wool rugs saturated with gray water in a home flood, adding integrated backing to eliminate the need for a pad. The finished rugs smell good, have luster, looking better than new.
I also appreciate that the entire restoration process was explained up front, which enhanced my experience as a science geek.

I am so appreciative of their help at Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. I had bought a 5' circular nursery rug on FB marketplace which was majorly dirty and they let me know that it was a wool tufted rug from India and shared their knowledge about how it was made and what treatment would be best to clean and stain remove without damaging the wool. They worked with me to spot clean a few of the tougher stains and now the rug looks nearly brand new. I highly recommend and will be going back as needed for any rug cleaning needs.

My basement flooded and I used Oriental Rug to clean a large 8x10 rug. I did a local dry cleaner drop off and pick up since I'm in Parker. It was all very easy, communication with the owner was super fast, and the rug came out beautifully. Reasonably priced and overall a great experience

Hi. I brought an old runner that I acquired from my parents to Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic. I wanted to turn it into 3 smaller rugs. When I brought it to Oriental Rug and Carpet Clinic I was pleasantly surprised at the care Uzair took in planning the cuts to be made in my rug. The entire process from cleaning to cutting and restoring was explained to me in detail. After receiving notice that my rugs were finished I noted that the time estimate for completion was almost to the day. I picked up my “new” rugs and found them to be like new. The colours are vibrant and the rug is soft and clean.
Working with these folks is a pleasure, they do great work, and I won’t hesitate to take my area Persian rugs to them for their cleaning and restoration.
