Easy drop off and pick up for my two large wool carpets! Both were cleaned and one had fringe replaced. They did a fabulous job!

They were both kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and they took the time to answer all of my questions.

I recently purchased a rug that was shipped to my home. The rug turned out to be stunning in my space! Even better than I had imagined. The pile is soft and luxurious, the colors are gorgeous with beautiful saturation. This rug is the perfect addition to my newly renovated space. Service was exceptional. Hamza answered all my questions promptly and guided me through the process. Shipping was prompt and the rug arrived at my doorstep well packaged with a moisture barrier. After inquiring about a rug pad, Hamza helped me with that as well and it arrived at my door the next day. Will definitely be purchasing again in the future and recommending Oriental Rug & Carpet Clinic to all my family and friends.

We had a badly damaged rug (puppy chewed several holes in the center) and they were able to perfectly repair it. After a thorough cleaning, they made our rug look brand new. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none!

We have an 8ft x 5ft, 25 year old 100% tufted wool rug that had never had a professional cleaning.
After doing a search online and reading the many 5 star reviews we decided to use Uzairs' shop. Upon arrival he examined our rug. In addition to needing to be cleaned the backing was deteriorating to the point it needed replacing. After cleaning, some white stitching along one of the end borders appeared. Uzair kept it and dyed the stitches to match the border color! Problem solved!!! It meant we had to make an extra trip to get that work done. We drove 2 1/2 hours each way 3 times to deliver and pick up our rug. It was totally worth it because Uzair and his employees are just that good! Our carpet looks brand new and the new backing he installed doubles as a built in pad.
It's very soft, cushy and the colors are vibrant again! All for a reasonable price and expert care.

I highly highly recommend this place for your carpet cleaning needs. They cleaned my very dirty vintage Karastan oriental rug and it looks brand new. Booking the pick up and delivery were extremely seamless, communication was great and they were very friendly and accommodating with my needs. Pricing was very fair and reasonable. For carpet cleaners, I highly recommend Extreme Carpet Cleaning and Restoration, Inc because they deliver!!! They were punctual, professional, very reasonably priced, and extremely knowledgeable; left me w/ solid tricks of the trade to maintain our carpets. We had requested a deep, move-in clean and to help get the dog smell out from the previous owners. He did a FANTASTIC job on the carpets. You wouldn’t know a dog had lived there and I feel like I can now sit on the carpets. Thank you!!!

I never write reviews, but I had to this time due to the lack of professionalism I received over the weekend. I had been using Extreme Carpet for years to pick up, clean and deliver rugs. I haven't used them in a couple years since I had moved and then got new rugs. This time, I sent 7 rugs ranging from a 9x12 to a runner. 6 of the 7 were new and just had dirt tracking from walking on them. When I hired my mover to help me move furniture and unroll them, I was shocked to see that at least 3 of them appeared to not have been cleaned AT ALL. My mover came to get me to point out the dirt and friends and family concurred that they were not clean. This was also obvious because I have a matching pair that go in my bathroom. Having them right next to each other shows the color difference with the clean one next to the dirty one! 4 of them had signs of being cleaned up the middle, but not on the sides or ends. When I reached out to the Owner, my email was returned with rudeness and turning it around that it was my fault and that I had been a bad customer in the past! I couldn't believe my eyes. To have my rugs come back dirty and then have the Owner write to me in such a manner was beyond belief. He told me the rugs had heavy pet stains and that I had not paid in the past. Only ONE rug had pet stains. The other 6 are new with zero stains other than dirt from walking on them! And if I hadn't paid in the past, then where is my invoice or notification of such? I have never been so infuriated in my life. He DID offer to pick them up again, but I had to hire a mover to put them down. With Customer Service or lack thereof like what I received, I will NEVER use them again. Not even an offer to refund even part of the almost $600 I paid either. Never Again.

We have been using Pete and the guys at Extreme for years. They are awesome, they get out pretty quick and always have done a fantastic job for us. This time around we had some pretty bad stains from a sick dog and now, you cannot even tell where they were after they cleaned. Thanks guys!!

I had a minor flood in my basement and Pete did such an excellent job helping me. Got it dried out quickly and then he put a new pad in and cleaned the carpets and it looks great. Definitely recommend this company

Pete did an excellent job stretching our carpet and making some repairs for us. We are extremely pleased with the work he did in our home today. Pete was my honest and said several times he wanted to under promise and over deliver and he did. We highly recommend this company for carpet repairs and cleaning and will use them again.
