If you have Navaho or Oriental Rugs, you will get the best care and repair that you could ask for. I wouldn't even consider another place in the area. Over the years my my Mom or I have tried them all.
They can also identify where and usually when your rug was made and the approximate value. They are able to identify if you have a Navaho or a copy and whether the rug was made for sale at the markets or are an upper end rug.

I collaborated with Eric at Robert Mann Rugs and found his customer service and technical knowledge superb. He was able to advise me on what made some area rugs less valued than others and on what type of rugs were more valued. He also educated me about different types of rugs and prices on the market today than in the past. He exhibited warmth, an ability to speak at different levels based on the degree of knowledge of his audience, and a patience in advising clients.

I sent my handwoven Persian rug to be cleaned by Robert Mann Rugs and my experience was absolutely perfect. from pickup to delivery, simply outstanding! I'd recommend them over and over again.

Everything about my experience was amazing from start to finish. I had an oriental rug cleaned with several stains on it. It came back with the stains gone but the colors were also so much brighter. I also had a wool, woven table runner that my 2-year old cut with scissors. They repaired that as well and neither my wife nor I could even find where it had been cut. The prices are a bit higher than other places but I was very pleased. The standard cleaning price was $4/sq. ft and the lowest I found was $3.25/sq. ft. What really sold me is that I read a review of an out-of-state rug cleaning store that sent a rug they had problems with to Mann Rugs to have it fixed. Amazing!

We had a small Indian rug that hadn't had any attention for 80 years. Robert Mann Co. cleaned it and brought back the vibrant original colors. We were very pleased and will be having some other Indian rugs washed and repaired.
