Poor communication. I requested a quote on Tuesday morning. Received the quote pretty quick but was surprised by the cost of the extras they require and questioned them in a follow up email. To be fair, I was fairly direct in my questioning. It's been three days and I have not heard back at all. I often have same-day turnovers, and if they can't be bothered to answer a few questions about the business model And are unable to defend the costs for their services, I certainly can't trust them manage the cleaning of my luxury home or to not be ripping me off.

Excellent cleaning, on-time, and fair pricing compared to other services in the Denver area. I had a 1 bed 1 bath in Cap Hill and have no complaints about how it was cleaned. It looks nicer than the day I moved in!
