The lady who came to our house was so kind, so punctual, and did a phenomenal job. We work from home, and she was kind enough to work around us and make very little sound while providing a thorough cleaning. We believe her name was Carmie, and she was lovely! We will be requesting her again!

Followed my directions well. My home was immaculate when they finished. Thorough and caring of my things.

Simplified Living Home Services provided excellent housecleaning service. The rental was a disaster when we moved in and they were able to do a top to bottom scrub that has improved the unit 100%.

Not worth the trouble. Anabel is hard to deal with. I had never used this company before but at $30 an hour with a two hour minimum I thought I would check it out. Anabel was supposed to call me and tell me when the cleaner would come to my house and she did not. The cleaner showed up at 8:00 am the next day and didn't speak a lick of English. I didn't sleep well the night before and was sick with the flu. I let Rosie clean my fridge and she did an amazing job but all of the drawers, shelves and bins are in the wrong places now. I now have to find my fridge manual to see how everything is supposed to be setup. I didn't know she was going to do that and I couldn't communicate with her. After 2 hours I was looking forward to going back to bed because I was so ill. I tried to pay Rosie $60 in cash and she didn't understand what was going on. She called Anabel who turned into a monster and said that there was a 3 hour minimum! I had to pay Rosie $90 but had to send her home after 2 hours. I had no choice as I was ready to pass out from the flu. I wouldn't have minded so much if Rosie would have been able to put the fridge drawers and bins back in place where everything was supposed to be. Now, I have to take everything out again and figure it out. I mean the produce bin is on the top now and I know is supposed to be on the very bottom. The egg bin is filled with condiments. Anabel is not a good communicator either and turned overly snotty when I reminded her that she told me there was a 2 hour minimum and she didn't let me know when the cleaner would be coming. I spent the last 45 minutes of Rosie being here just trying to translate to her what was going on. Not her fault. Thankfully, I was able to talk to Rosie's relative that does speak English. I didn't need this extra drama with Anabel on top of being me being ill. If the cleaner would have come in the afternoon, it would have been better for me. Again, not Rosie's fault but because of Anabel's lack of communication skills.

This is a unique service so willing to customize my service to meet my budget and needs. They have Covid products and steamed my high touch areas and furniture to kill the virus in my home. Definitely professional - highly recommend!

We LOVE the team at Simplified Living!!! They do such a great job keeping our home clean. Everyone we have interacted with is nice and professional. This team is the best cleaning team we have ever worked with!!!

Eva advertises herself well. However, she charged us $180 for a first-time deep clean of a small two-bedroom apartment that supposedly included mopping and vacuuming under furniture, and cleaning the baseboards. She sent one person without supplies. Although this lady was very nice, she was quite slow and didn’t do any of the tasks advertised by Eva; vacuuming and mopping. She only vacuumed one room. One positive thing is that she did clean the bathrooms well. When my husband politely reached out regarding the issue, she replied rudely and didn’t care in any way about the issue. She simply claimed that nobody had ever complained about the lady she sent, and left it at that. Buyer beware.

First time using them. I had them move out clean 5 of my units. They next day serviced all 5 units! Was not expecting that at all. The feedback from my new tenants was they are all pleased with the results!! Will definitely use them in the future.

This is a great cleaning service. We get cleaning once a month and the ladies that come are always professional and respectful. They do a great job and I couldn't recommend them more!

Simplified Living has worked for me about 5 years. I have used 3 of their employees over the years, and always happy with their work. If I have an issue, I call the owner and she is so responsive dealing with it, besides being a very nice person. In brief, I would highly recommend

I've used Simplified Living for six years. I've been pleased with how professional the managerial staff is in sending cleaners who are trained to clean WELL and are courteous. I usually have a
"standard clean," but three times -- due to construction-work dirt and dust in my home, I have had to request a "deep clean." No problem! Management sent three cleaners who literally touched and cleaned every single surface in my home: walls, windows, hanging pictures, cabinets, floors, and all of my "stuff." Super thorough! I have used other cleaning services, but I'll stay with SL because they listen when I have a concern and address my needs. Very professional.
