I have used Simplified Living for a couple years now and they are now cleaning my Dad's apartment monthly. Always on time. Wonderful work! I so appreciate them! Highly recommend this service.

Cleaning was fast, well done, and the place looks amazing. They went beyond what I even asked for. I didn’t ask them to, but they cleaned our fridge. And I didn’t ask to do a deep clean on our cooking range but they did. All for a great price as well

Amazing cleaning service and I couldn't be happier with the results!! The team was professional and very flexible with scheduling. They paid attention to the smallest of details and left my home looking and smelling amazing! What really impressed me was that they went above and beyond, they surprised me by finishing and folding the laundry that was in my washer and dryer. That level of care and thoughtfulness meant a lot and truly made my day.

It's bad form to show up with a pre printed estimate with no knowledge of the square footage of the house. ... And to quote $10 more for a house that is 2 bedrooms shy of the neighbor that referred.

I would never use these cleaners again. They changed the price on what they charged stating they had to stay for two hours and they only stayed 1.5. I complained to Ramona and was told she would reimburse me $80 which she never did. Which is not surprising since she was not honest from the get go.

These ladies do such a great job!! They always treat my home respectfully and go that extra mile! I also love that I can schedule ahead of time different types of deep cleaning I may need.

The service this company provides is EXCELLENT! They are very responsive and dependable. I had the same team come to my house and the girls are very thorough. We’ve been using the Cleaning Pros for several years. They call before each appointment to confirm the day/time. They let me split the house so that I can lower my bill each cleaning and not have the guest room and bath cleaned on every visit which would be overkill. They are easy to work with and the cleaning is exactly what you expect when it’s hired out. We touch up the extras as we see the need or have the time.

The Cleaning Pros did a great job cleaning my house. They were on time and very thorough. I would highly recommend if you want trustworthy and friendly people in your home. The owner, Ramona, is amazing!

Would give negative stars if I could. My rental of company used the “Cleaning Pros” and it was the worst experience. Our home wasn’t move in ready so the company called them back to redo everything. Light switches were dirty and had some sort of crust on them. Tops and handles of cabinets were still dirty. The previous tenant had a dog and there was dog pee on cabinet doors. Fridge had food particles left in it and water minerals in the dispenser and down the fridge door. Bathroom cabinets had men’s trimmings inside them.

First off, they were incredibly rude and then they did a hell of a half ass job. I recognized they were irritated at 8:30am so I cut down my list and asked them to just clean the kitchen, master bath and high touch areas again. They sprayed some horrendous smelling chemical on the towel and quickly wiped everything I pointed to. The dog pee, food particles and water marks “wouldn’t come off” and they YELLED at me in English and Spanish when I asked them to try different cleaning solution and scrub harder.

Ultimately I was just frustrated and asked them to leave and spent over 3 hours cleaning myself. Everything came off. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
