Absolutely love this company. I have used several cleaning services in the past and this is by far the best one! Easy to schedule with and very flexible. The ladies who come are extremely friendly and are detailed oriented. They go above and beyond making the beds and folding the toilet paper. Also, affordable! Highly recommend them!

The deep clean was great! The crew showed up right on time and set wonderful expectations. The house was sparkling by the time they left. Great communication and response times. Highly recommend. 10/10.

I would not recommend Simplified Living Home Services. I’ve used their services several times, and each time I’ve encountered issues. First, punctuality is a consistent problem. I’ve never had a cleaning where the cleaner arrived on time. For our most recent appointment, we were scheduled for two cleaners at 2:30 PM. One arrived at 2:35 (slightly late), but only then were we told the second wouldn’t arrive until 3:00 PM—she ultimately showed up at 3:30. They did stay for the full three hours, but it’s frustrating to plan your day around arrival times that aren’t honored.

As for the quality of the cleaning, I came home to find my wife doing additional cleaning after the team had already left. It’s unclear what their standard cleaning includes, and it often feels like the service changes the expectations each time issues are brought up. Customer service has also been disappointing—defensive and not receptive to feedback.

The only positive is the price, but unfortunately the overall experience doesn’t make it worth it.
