Robert Mann Rugs staff, are professional and knowledgeable. I had a very old rug I got years ago. I was surprised at how soft and shiny it was after the cleaning. There was also a small cigarette burn in the rug and you can barely tell its there now. I would recommend using Robert Mann Rugs for all your rugs.

We have used Robert for cleaning and repair on some Navajo rugs a few months back. The whole process was very smooth and of course the rugs came out looking great! I couldn't even find where it had been repaired! Very courteous staff to deal with over the phone as well. Great company!

Don't Use this business; Carpet cleaner recommended Robert Mann Rugs; Every time I look at my runied rugs I cringe; I was told they came in that way, and disrespected by the ownwer, trying to talk over me and "deny, deny" The dye bled on both rugs and owner tried to tell me they came in that way and that was shading that had been there. I've looked at these rugs daily for over 10 years, and I know what they looked like. If you have good rugs from pakistan and Italy, don't use this business you will be sorry as a lot of the dye was removed or bled during whatever process they used. The pick up and delivery guys were great but that's it;

Can you say best if the best? Ya that's exactly what you get when you send your rugs here to Robert Mann, I had a beautiful nain rug I was cleaning here in NC and unfortunately it had serious issues to the point where my skill level could not help. I like to think I am good at what I do but when I need help there is only a couple I'd trust and Robert is #1 on the list. He is well respected in the rug clean and restoration community. So if you need Oriental rug cleaning and you want the best rug cleaner. You go here!

They do such a great job! They’re so knowledgeable about different rugs and fibers and won’t hesitate to discuss the best option for cleaning your rug. Both teams who picked up and returned the rugs were extremely respectful and friendly. Art and Jon delivered my cleaned rugs and new pad. They even removed their shoes! I cannot recommend this Co. enough! Pricey, but worth it! Thank you!!!

I couldn't be more pleased with this rug cleaning experience with Robert Mann. We feel like we have a new rug! Most importantly, the cleaning itself was fantastic and our white wool rug returned home looking almost brand new. They also have great customer service, both with the office staff and those that pick up and deliver the rug. We will definitely use them again and again.

I am writing this review not because I have used him personally, but because I am another professional in the field, and have visited Roberts facility and have used his expertise on certain occasions. I have got to say he runs the best rug facility that I have ever experienced, with the most knowledgeable staff not just Robert himself. It gives me something to strive for every day to get better. His staff is so professional and helpful, they have never turned me away for advice and are always willing to help. His team has a true passion and love for rugs and just want to make sure that all the correct things are being done to these works of art. Every person I have met from the office staff, rug washers, and repair staff are second to none. If I was in the area and needed cleanings, I know for a fact my rugs would be going to Robert and his team. Thank you Mann rugs and keep up the excellent work and customer service!

I think they do a great job cleaning rugs, but as far as customer service is concerned, not good. I went in the incorrect door in the back of the shop and was immediately berated for doing so. If I hadn’t driven all the way across town, I would’ve left without leaving my rug.

I wanted to respond to my above review. When I went to pick up my rug, the gentleman brought it to my car and started to leave. I told him I didn’t pay for it yet and he told me there was no charge. Also, my rug looks great! That’s customer service!
