Great experience! Easy to schedule an appt on line and the constant communication is awesome! Our tech was punctual, considerate, efficient, professional and friendly. He did an awesome job! We'll be using Zerorez again in the future.

After the purchase of our new home in Lakewood, we were certain that we would have to replace the carpets, but we thought we would give cleaning them a try after Zerorez came highly recommended to us. We had heard they can really work magic, and I am here to tell you that the rumor is true! From the first phone call, their customer service representatives were always professional, knowledgeable and informative. They even got me on the schedule for just 2 days later, which was impressive! Our tech, Ryan, showed up on time and was courteous and did an excellent job. I really didn't expect much, I thought at best that some stains would lighten yet remain, but the carpet looks (and feels!) brand NEW! It is even soft and fluffy like I imagine that  it was in its glory days! Ryan managed to make my entire home smell better, but without any overpowering perfume scents. All of this for a very competitive price. I will never use anyone else for carpet cleaning services again. After the remodel we fully intend to have Ryan back to clean the air ducts!

This is probably the 5th time we’ve had Zerorez out to clean out carpets. Noah the technician did a great job of walking through, evaluating and giving us his advice on how best to clean our carpets. He did not try to upsell us on anything. Our carpets look great again!

Taylor was absolutely amazing! I was able to get a last-minute appointment right before the Christmas holiday, which I truly didn’t expect, and the service exceeded all expectations. My carpets were left sparkling clean and smelling incredibly fresh. Taylor was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I’m beyond happy with this experience and will absolutely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Zerorez did a great job clearing our clogged dryer exhaust vent. They were able to schedule for next day service. Once at my house the tech discussed what the plan was, and quickly cleared the clogged dryer vent, cleaned up and was on his way. Would highly recommend.

I was so pleased and impressed with Jordan. The staff member that came to clean my carpets upstairs and down. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and arrived on time. I would highly recommend him. He took a lot of care and pride into cleaning like it was his own home I will always recommend Zerorez to anyone asking me for Carpet. This was my first experience with Zeroez Carpet cleaning and they did a wonderful job. The professional that cleaned my carpets did a thorough walk through before cleaning, we discussed cost, he wore booties over his shoes and even but rubber numbers on my furniture to ensure the cleaning hoses didn’t rub them. I will definitely be using this company again!
