Will never use this service again. They were not on time and always had some excuse that he had no help and blah blah blah. They were going to do my clean out but had to be later in the day when it was snowing. So i ended up moving the stuff on my own to the trash bins that i couldn't even lift on my own up a bunch of stairs. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALLl!!!!!!!!

Move-out clean was poor. Upon entry, they started eating my food from the kitchen. Many lies. No follow through with what was quoted or told to me, not once. Out-of-state move was late. Moving truck load was toppled over and there were many items broken (not repairable). Vehicle that should have been brought down never was - Jack Bonnell attempted to extort getting more money from me before bringing the car - I paid and he never did bring my car. During the time he had my car (packed with electronics, my guitar, speakers) it was ransacked and all items stolen. He blames others. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP. $10k loss. Time for court on this one.

I contacted "Jack" Sunday evening regarding snow removal on Monday at noon. Jack agreed to the time and informed me that there would be a $10.00 increase in the price due to the amount of snow received. He also informed me if I give him a good review (before even meeting) he would not charge me the extra $10.00. I text him my address and asked to confirm the price. Jack never text me back. I am a healthcare worker and it is ESSENTIAL that I make it to work.
Monday, I contacted Jack at 1215 to make sure he was still planning on coming and he stated at that time that he was running late due to all of the snow. I said "Take your time" meaning be safe, don't rush. I waited and waited, calling Jack back again at 2:45pm which I ended up leaving a message. I then text him at 2:46pm to let him know that I really needed to get the snow removed and my vehicle out. Jack then called me back and stated they were finishing up lunch and would be headed my way. I ENDED UP HAVING TO SHOVEL IT ALL MYSELF!!!
It is now Tuesday, and I'm still waiting! UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, AND NOT WORTH MY BUSINESS!!!

First time using a maid service and we were pleasantly surprised at the job our maids did. They were on time, listened to our requests and jumped right in and worked continually for 3 hrs. They went so far as to do the bathroom floor on hands and knees and climbed up to clean the tops of our cuboards. We were also surprised that everything used was their own equipment/supplies. We were moving out of a 2 story 2200 sq ft house and hired 5280 to do a move out clean. My original quote was 480$. About half way through the service while I was running an errand I received a call saying to complete the service to their standards it would be a total of 680. I was hesitant but agreed. I was thankfully very impressed. The home is cleaner then when we moved in and the attention to detail was impeccable. It took them about 4 hours and they were kind and understanding of our situation with still moving a few things out. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Maria Hernandez and Elizabeth have been excellent. They are thorough, efficient, trustworthy and really nice to have around. They are part of a coop of collective where all share in the success of their company. 👍🏼 I think that’s important. Also we have a budget which is adhered to. I’ve used this service for several years and they have all been consistent in showing up and ready to go. ❤️

Rosa and Maria were here today and did an outstanding job. We've had Metro Maids for many years and we appreciate the service. And Rosa and Maria are great examples of the good job they do. They are meticulous and do a outstanding job. The place really does gleam when they are done!

Not sure why Google has this marked as temporarily closed, as I just had my couch/loveseat cleaned by them. Super friendly, efficient, caring and respectful of property, and a great price! I will use them again and highly recommend!
