Kirk came over to my Arvada home office to treat several areas where I had normal accumulations of dirty carpets and rugs. He was great to work with and did better than I expected on my cream colors. I let him know I will use his services every 6 months.

We felt trapped—a very old basement carpet with all kinds of pet stains and wear stains that we couldn’t replace because of all our bookshelves. At this low point, Superman arrived, in the form of Avery, son of Dreamcatcher’s owner. Not only did Avery bring this grotty carpet back to a state of clean, but he was remarkably pleasant while doing it. No more worries about the carpet—it now looks (I am not exaggerating) pristine, like a brand-new carpet. As Avery explained to me, Dreamcatchers uses a multistage pretreatment process before the steam cleaning even starts. It helped, he said, that this was a Berber-weave carpet. To us it was sheer magic.

What a great experience! We needed to clean the carpets after moving out of a rental. I called and they gave me a quote over the phone and then an actual quote from the house. Kept me informed and asked permission to go ahead and do the cleaning. Carpets looked great! I would definitely use this company again!!

They drive around in the dark with no headlight or taillights swerving around like they're drunk in a work vehicle.... I would bet their actual work quality isn't any better...

Horrible experience. By far the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. After scheduling an initial clean, they cancelled the first appointment and no showed their reschedule twice. After several attempts to contact, they blocked us. Never returned a phone call, voicemail or text. I will never recommend this company to anyone and will ensure everyone knows how truly unprofessional they are and spread the word to never use them.
