House Cleaning reviews in Denver, Colorado

I hired this company ( to clarify, I hired Serene Cleaners but they told me their Google name is VSA Solutions because it's the same owner's company) to do a home cleaning. They never showed up. After calling them several times, they started sending me to voicemail. Their message says they will get back within 24 hours but for immediate assistance text them, so I sent them a text assuming they were running late. No response, and as of right now it's been 6 hours since I texted, again to our response. And nobody has shown up.

It's frustrating when you reschedule your day to accommodate their appointment and they disappear on you.

Warning: unreliable.

Employee refused to wear shoe covers we offered for him to wear. Total process didn't seem sanitary. He also had to use our personal tub to fill up his bucket. There was no hot water used or extracted.
How can you clean carpet while walking over it with your dirty shoes?
Our family doesn't even wear shoes in our home.
I would have rather paid the additional cost for a legit company to clean it the right way the first time. The website used for this company doesn't seem to match.

I recently bought a puppy, and he peed on my carpet many times during the potty training process over the course of 6 months. When I was confident that he had stopped reliving himself on my carpet, I decided to have the carpet in my high-rise condo in downtown Denver cleaned professionally. I had used a few carpet cleaning services before for my rental properties, as well as past apartments to get my deposit back, and they performed as expected, but my father spoke highly of Cameron, so I decided to give his service a shot.

Cameron was affordable, on time, polite, and didn’t even complain about parking downtown. After cleaning, my six year old, urine-stained carpet, which had never been cleaned before, it looked like new. The next day, Cameron sent me an email asking how the cleaning turned out. I told him it looked great, but my place still had a hint of urine odor that was far more apparent before the cleaning. I know from past experience with my rentals that a urine smell usually lasts for a few days after the cleaning process, as the molecules are pulled from the carpet and into the air; however, my birthday party held in my home was in two days and I asked him if there was a way to speed up the process. Cameron showed up the NEXT DAY, AFTER BUSINESS HOURS, cleaned my carpet a second time FREE OF CHARGE, and said happy birthday… I didn't even request that he'd clean again, I just wanted to know if there was anything I could do.

Seriously, my dog peed on my carpet for over six months… This man saved my carpet, and went above and beyond what any other company would have done. HIRE THIS MAN!
