Didn’t have high hopes at first but they were chill, friendly, professional and left the place cleaner than I thought possible! Great service!

I had in laws coming over last minute and panicked so I booked a cleaner, they showed up same day and handled everything in a few hours, honestly saved me from embarrassment lol great job!

Still very dirty after the move in/ move out clean job. VERY BAD JOB DONE. It's the same as they never came to clean. Not recommended.

We needed a deep clean and were really happy with the results. The cleaners were thorough and efficient, our bathroom has never looked this nice! The only minor issue was their arrival time, the came 30 minutes past the scheduled time, but Cleanzen did give us a heads up about it

They never showed up on two different occasions. It’s a joke of a service. You should show up to a scheduled appointment otherwise don’t offer up times that you can’t make!!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company. I paid for their "move in/out cleaning" service and I think the attached pictures speak for themselves on the quality of the work. I am currently working with the company to resolve the issue and their customer service has been relatively helpful and polite thus far. However, if you want the job done right the first time without having to spend your own time following up and babysitting the situation, I would look elsewhere.

We hired Cleanzen for a move-out clean with some extras, and the process could not have been easier. The quote was straightforward, scheduling was simple, and communication was clear from start to finish.

The cleaners did an exceptional job as every room was spotless, and they went above and beyond to make sure the place was ready for inspection. Unfortunately, our property management company later tried to charge us again for a full move-out clean. Luckily, Cleanzen was able to provide detailed photos of every room they cleaned, which we were then able to use to successfully get back the $450 that was wrongly withheld from our security deposit.

Not only was the cleaning top-notch, but the support we received after the fact was incredible. Cleanzen didn’t just do their job well; they helped us protect ourselves as tenants. I can’t recommend them enough for both the quality of service and their professionalism!!

I them booked about a week in advance for a move out clean, which was confirmed. Morning of, there was no communication from the cleaner which was a bit odd. But I got a notification that the clean was complete so I didn’t think too much of it. When I went back hours after the scheduled time, I found that the clean was not completed at all.

I immediately reached out to them, and they apologized. But overall, there was a total lack of communication. The company could not fix their problem same day, which left me in an unexpected lurch. I will never recommend them to anyone with a time-sensitive deadline.

Evangelina and her team did amazing work with our apartment. We were moving out and they cleaned everything very well, especially the inside of the oven (extra charge but well worth it!). So well, that we didn’t have to do any more cleaning before the walkthrough with our landlord. We will be using Cleanzen again!

From calling to book their service to the actual cleaning day, the process was easy and breezy. I can really tell the difference that our home wasn't cleaned by me or my sister lol And I can tell the difference that this was cleaned by professionals just by how clean the air is now around our place. They also arrived on time and cleaned the whole place in a good amount of time! Thanks!

I saw the cleaners disinfect and polish everything in my living room and kitchen. We will be having a little small get together in a few days and the lovely cleaners, vaccuumed, swept, mopped, dusted, DID EVERYTHING. The person who contacted me on the phone gave the best customer service too! This company's employees are truly respectful and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

ok so real talk when i do deep cleaning my place is NOT my thing it drains me every single time. so i finally decided to stop suffering and just hire pros lol and honestly, best decision. First time i was hands off when all my life I've been pretty much hands on especially when it comes to cleaning my place. But because of the crazy 2026 work I've been having, I couldn't keep up and finally booked a cleaning. And let me tell you: NO REGRETS. The cleanears did precisely what I asked and what I needed. We got the moving cleaning. When they finished, the place i was renting looked absolutely spotless! The landlord was happy too. Honestly, I work two jobs so I didnt have time cleaning the place when I moved out so I had to call in the professionals for help. Immaculate job. They cleaned every corner and vacummed the carpets well even removed some stains I myself couldn't remove before. So happy, I got my deposit lol Thank you!

Hiring them was a huge relief! I sincerely recommend them! Sally's team was lovely and they did a lot in a few hours cleaning our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom rental. Impressed and will surely book them again for help in professional cleaning. My roommsates and I surely can't do it by ourselves so I think we will leave it to the professionals instead.
