Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly while cleaning the vent of our old house after we moved out. I appreciated that he took before and after pictures and he cleaned from the inside of the house as well as the outside. He also turned on the dryer to verify that everything was flowing correctly before leaving.

Even more impressive he diagnosed correctly via conversation and a photo I showed him that in our new house the proper vent had not been cleaned when we hired a different company to clean the dryer vent. I hadn’t felt confident about the other company who only cleaned from the exterior and completed the cleaning when no one was home, which is why I looked for someone different when we needed another dryer vent cleaned. (The other company cleaned the vent of a basement bathroom instead of the dryer vent so after taking to Matt I called them to come back and clean the correct vent! ).

I am thankful to have found the Denver Dryer Vent squad who I will use in the future with confidence!

Matt came in on time, communicated clearly what had to be done and explained a bunch about vent systems. He replaced the old nasty duct with a very nice looking one and he installed it in an aesthetically pleasing manner. He was also very friendly and polite. 11/10 would recommend and will only go thru them from now on.

I used the Dryer Vent Squad for the first time today and I'm so glad I did! Matt was punctual, professional & very personable - and, he's the owner of the company which I particularly appreciate. Not only did he repair the dryer vent (& cleaned inches of lint that had escaped behind the dryer - disgusting!) he cleaned out all the ductwork throughout the house. Great job! I had an excellent experience with this company. Matt, the owner provides fast service and is very knowledgeable regarding vent cleaning. They responded promptly to my contact and were able to come out the next day. Very professional company/service and I recommend them if you need vent cleaning. I was really surprised by how much lint he got out of the system and think it’s a good idea to have this done every few years to avoid fire danger and to make your dryer work better. I also thought the price was very reasonable.

I really enjoyed the dedication that Matt provided. Not only did he clean out our dryer vent, he went into the crawlspace and secured the ducting pipe, and he also created a solution behind the dryer caused by the tight space.

Matt was so wonderful! We had him come this past fall to clean and did a great job then when other workers moved around our machines and messed up the vent, Matt came on a Sunday morning, working around our schedule to come fix it and clean everything!
