At the eleventh hour due to our GC not following through we called Angel Touch Cleaning for our post construction needs. Within 30 mins they had a fully assembled crew at our new home ready to go. They arrived at 4pm and worked diligently throughout the night. They were professional, nice, courteous and took excellent care of our home. They take great pride in their work and we can not thank them enough for saving the day and getting the house ready for move in the next day. 100% would recommend them and we are grateful for their service. The previous company we used for our large office and warehouse space was a constant headache. Our needs and contract were regularly left unfulfilled. I filled out a form on Angel Touch's website for a free bid, and got an immediate response from their team. I met with Corey the same day and did a walk through of our space and we discussed my company's wants and needs. Corey provided me with a quote within 24 hours of our meeting. Thrilled with their customer service, we set up our ideal cleaning schedule. Angel Touch and our cleaner, Heather, have been a delight to work with and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Angel Touch, you won't be disappointed!

Our business uses a small cleaning company for routine cleaning twice a week - but the cleaning they provide is very basic, so we had been feeling like we needed to supplement this with some "deep" cleaning a few times a year. In addition, our office has high ceilings with exposed duct work -- we had been told we should look into "high dusting" services, but found ourselves really needing this after doing a remodel in our office (all that drywall dust settling made the place a mess!) We found Angel Touch through a Google search for these two services (deep cleaning, high dusting) and couldn't be happier!! They were easy to schedule, quick to set up a walk-through, responsive to both phone and email, offered a great price, and most importantly -- they did a great job on both services! Our office is not small, but their team worked efficiently to get everything taken care of in one day, and when we all came into work on Monday... literally everything *sparkled!* Their team was meticulous and proud of their work; and the owners were quick to follow up with us to make sure we were happy with our results. We now plan to use Angel Touch at least twice a year for deep cleaning and high dusting -- so glad we found them!

Angel Touch is a great company to work with. They worked with our limited time restraint, and other accommodations requested. The staff was always making sure we were satisfied with the work and would make sure we were satisfied with the service before they left. I highly recommend Angel Touch.

I picked Angel Touch to clean our small business based off of amazing reviews. Corey/Brian were AMAZING to deal with - always attentive and wonderful whenever we had complaints/compliments. I loved working with them - Brian the GM would run out here every time I had any concerns and Corey was always very responsive and they really tried their best to make things right. I've paid Angel Touch many thousands of dollars over the past year to NOT clean my facility. They had a written checklist of areas to be cleaned and dates on which we needed cleaning. They simply didn't do what they were paid to do, no matter how many times their sloppy work was pointed out to them. The clear scope of work and contract that were agreed to were broken from Day 1 and never got better after many second and third and tenth chances. I have hundreds of pictures of untouched filth all over the facility, all taken with hours of them finalizing their "cleaning." This includes a dead rat that was left for 4 weeks in plain sight, just to see when their crew would ever actually clean. I contacted the owner multiple times directly to let him know his crew hadn't done the work that he was billing me for. He and his manager walked the building with me, multiple times, and agreed at the time that my complaints were completely justified. If you want professional cleaners with a professional attitude and customer service at a fair price, you won't find any of those things here.

Update to owner's response: Nothing is embellished or defamatory. Your lack of cleaning is documented by many witnesses (all four of our event managers, our coffee shop client, our church client, and numerous other renters and employees) as well as extensive photographic and video evidence. You promised to clean through 12/4/23 but bailed on me two weeks before that, without notice, ... and still sent me another bill. ONE guy came and cleaned the bathrooms for a couple hours and you billed me for an entire crew/cleaning even though 75% of the building wasn't touched. It's all on video tape.

Finally getting around to writing this review, but I have used Angel Touch Cleaning for years. I wouldn't choose anyone else, and I highly recommend them. They are on time, do a great job and you can always reach Corey if something comes up. 5 stars to you guys.. thanks or everything!

We have worked with Corey and Angel Touch for just over a month. We initially contacted them to assist us with some COVID-19 sanitizing jobs for our offices - they were very responsive and able to accommodate our last minute needs. We have since used Angel Touch for a deep clean at another property, and were extremely happy with the results!
