While the actual gutter cleaning was done well, the overall experience left a bad impression. The service was expensive for what was provided, and when I tried to cancel ongoing service, I was met with repeated resistance.

Having to request cancellation five times is excessive and made the process stressful. Quality service should include respecting a customer’s decision, not making it hard to leave.

have been a customer of this Denver Gutter cleaning for over 20 years, and since the recent transition to Ned Services, I’ve continued to expect the same great experience—from scheduling to billing. This time, however, the first crew only stayed about 10 minutes and did not complete the required work. I confirmed on my security cameras that little had been done. When I called to report the issue, a new crew was sent out right away, and they delivered the high-quality service I’ve always known from Denver Gutter Cleaning. Thank you for ensuring the project was completed thoroughly, promptly, and successfully.

Last week I scheduled with Denver gutter cleaning and was told they were scheduling three weeks out. They showed up unannounced on Saturday while I was out of town and I got calls for concerns of a break in. I called the company to see if they were there and the acknowledged a crew was scheduled that day. If the schedule is getting moved up I’d expect a call or text with at least a 24 hour notice to notify others in the building. Add to this the crew did not clean up after the work with gutter debris on my patio, front step, and the white gutters now have dirt on them.

My unit experience scheduling was positive but the rest was poor. Since I called them concerned from the neighbors calls there was no follow up on the service as I requested. What corners were sealed, photos, etc.

I was notified less than an hour before crew arrival. City of Denver was working on the city street so it was completely closed to traffic. The alley was accessible, a major street about 100 feet from my house was accessible and both streets adjacent to my house were also open, yet the crew did not call me and chose to leave . No call just a text from the corporate office to to say they couldn’t clean my gutters. After a phone call to corporate office, they came a week later and did the exact same thing, even though there were notes on my account, asking them to contact me and I would give them access through my garage in the alley. No phone call no knock on the door…. just another text saying that the crew could not perform the job. After two phone calls in a long chat with manager they managed to come out hours later and get the job done. This used to be a small Gutter Cleaning service that I’ve used for many years but after it was sold to Ned’s company it has become a company that has zero customer service.

Angel and his crew were great - very communicative, polite, and informative. On the logistics side (nothing to do with Angel) I would have appreciated learning they’d come with more than an hour of notice. Also, every time I tried to call and schedule the service the phone attendant would try to up charge me and sell me more services which was a bit uncomfortable

I have asked Denver Gutter Cleaning to call us with scheduled appointments. That they should come to our house without calling first as our dog has access to his fenced yard and that is a potential harm to both them and our dog. They arrived un announced while we were not home, without calling or texting first. I saw in our cameras guys pull up in a truck and started to walk around our property with ladders. I had no idea who they were or what they were doing there. (I did not have any gutter cleaning appointments with this company as I fired them last year for sub par window washing), I called the police. The police told us they were there for a dryer vent cleaning (unscheduled). When I called the company and told them never to show up again, they told us that they tried to call a bogus Arizona number. We live in Colorado. This company is deceptive and uses shady practices. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I was not notified prior to the cleaning crew showing up on a Sat morning. I would have appreciated a little warning.
Also, I am in a condo and share gutters with joining units. From what I can see, my 1/2 of the gutter was cleaned, but the other half, over joining unit, is full of leaves that will wash down into my gutter and downspouts. I would have appreciated all the leaves leading into my downspouts would have been cleaned.
The crew was polite and did a nice job of picking up all leaves; cleaning off our patio.
Oh, I am not aware that they cleared the downspouts by clearing with water from our hose. Barb Allen

Massive Time Wasters.

Called them to do a gutter cleaning. Made sure they knew I had high gutters (3 story). They assured me they could handle it + it would be next week. Crew showed up a month later. They then left immediately, I got a text saying I should call them.

I called them, they said they had no information and would call me back. I then called them once a month for a few months. Finally I cancelled my service, at which point they told me they knew they couldn't have done it 3 months ago, but never bothered to call me.

Massive waste of my time.

Terrible experience. I hired Denver Gutter Cleaning for almost 7 years, twice a year, and had positive experiences. Denver Gutter Cleaning contacted me to sign me up to subscriptions to their various cleanings. They never mentioned they were acquired by Ned's Home Service. Google Ned's Home (formerly Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning) to see their ratings and reviews. I contracted with Denver Gutter Cleaning for the gutter cleaning on November 24, 2025. The service was completed on January 14, 2026. A long delay.

Like previous reviewers relate, Denver Gutter/Ned's was at my residence for about 20 minutes. In that 20 minutes they soaked my windows with mud, leaves and debris.

I contacted Denver Gutter Cleaning immediately and sent them photos of the windows, which they acknowledged were covered from the cleaning. Then they blamed me for not having a hose and water on in mid-January so that they could clean the windows. That was it, they offered nothing else.

In summary, awful experience. Beware that Ned's Home is holding themselves out as Denver Gutter Cleaning.

Update 2/4/26: I emailed the "Owner" at the address they provided about their offer to "resolve the issue" and their email is fake/non-functioning and bounced back. Beware folks, it's fishy.

Update 2/8/26: I received a full refund and apology, which I accepted.

I awarded a low score due to the team that came out did not clean all the gutters around the house. They completed the front and one side. The back was not touched. I did report this observation and requested they should come out the same week. The response was that no guarantees that they could come out within one week.
In my assessment, this was an incomplete job and the onus on the compony to rectify according to the contract agreement. However, after the negative response, I decided to pay the full amount and will not use this company again.

Terrible service from Denver Gutter Cleaning. The crew showed up and supposedly cleaned my gutters in just 5-10 minutes, which felt incredibly rushed and half-done. Then, they stood right outside my property smoking a cigarette and tossed the butt on the ground like it was nothing—complete lack of professionalism and respect for the environment or my home. We're cancelling their service immediately. Avoid this company!

Extremely disappointed. We hired this company for a move-out cleaning and they completely missed the mark. There was still visible dirt, grime in the bathrooms, crumbs in the kitchen drawers, and floors that clearly hadn’t been mopped properly. It looked like a rushed job with zero attention to detail. Waste of money and time, would not recommend.
