I scheduled a carpet cleaning with MSS Cleaning for my rental property on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. They were supposed to arrive between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM at the agreed-upon location, but they never showed up.

Since then, I’ve made multiple calls over the past four days to get an explanation, and not once have I received a call back. This lack of communication and total disregard for customer service is completely unacceptable.

If they had bothered to return my calls, I might have considered giving them another chance, but the unprofessionalism shown by both failing to show up for the appointment and refusing to follow up has left me no choice but to leave this review.

I expected far better service and reliability from a company that promotes itself as a professional cleaning service. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere if you're in need of reliable, trustworthy service. MSS Cleaning clearly does not value their customers' time or business.

I have been getting my rugs and couch cleaned by Alex from MSS for years and he always does a great job. He is very knowledgeable about the cleaning products and processes. In my home we have four pets so the pet hair is real & nothing helps our house smell fresh and clean like a visit from MSS. I highly recommend them for all of your residential and commercial cleaning jobs if you value quality work!

I scheduled an appointment for Friday, April 4th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. after rescheduling from Tuesday the 1st because my condo required a portable unit. I went through the trouble of moving all my furniture off the floor, but they never showed up.

I called three times, but each call went straight to an AI voicemail. I requested a callback to confirm if anyone was coming, but no one responded. I also reached out to Alex, the technician who originally visited, three times via text, but he never replied.

The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them to show up for your appointment.

While I have had positive experiences with MSS twice in the past, when the company was a no-call no-show yesterday, and did not respond to my inquiry regarding the missed appointment today, I can no longer recommend their services. If something came up, e.g., a technician called in sick, etc, I would get it, simply call and let me know, but failing to show up, and not responding to my request for clarity the day of, or the following day, leaves me wanting. Fortunately, carpet cleanser are aplenty in Denver, and I found a new service provider with excellent customer service, so this I won’t happen again.

I would not recommend this company. After cleaning, my couch was left covered in water stains and completely ruined. When I reached out to let them know, their only response was, “oh man, that’s what I was afraid of.” No solutions offered, no accountability, just my damaged couch. Very unprofessional experience.

We called a couple of the more well-known carpet cleaning brands in Denver but the prices they gave us were much higher than we expected. We then called MSS and got the pricing we expected. Having never heard of them, we were a little nervous about the quality but that nervousness went away quickly. Alex was friendly and efficient and did an awesome job on 2 area rugs and one room and stairs of wall-to-wall. Great company!

No star review for MSS Carpet cleaning. They were a no show for a scheduled pick up. Alex had even called a few days prior to ask if he could come later due to the previous job taking more time. I was fine with that, we moved furniture and waited. No show, no call. I tried to call and text multiple times over the next several days and no one ever responded to my texts or calls. The AI voicemail was all I could get. It seems this is a common practice with this company and I agree with other reviewers that there are come really great quality cleaners in the Denver area and you are best advised to stay away from MSS Carpet Cleaning.

I bought a used, well taken care of couch, which needed cleaning, I hired the company MSS Cleaning Denver. After cleaning (ruining) the couch, he called me up to show me the what two of the cushions looked like. He had already ruined the entire couch but I told them to stop, since they were making it worse - the white cushions were turning shades of grey/black. The technician was very rude and condescending. I had him stop and told them to send out another technician, who arrived and maded a bad situation even worse. I told him to stop and leave and called the manager.

The manager (Alberto Salazar) was extremely rude, trying to tell me its "my fault", since I must have misused the couch (his words), and now it's my problem and he won't do anything to make it right.

After explaining to Ablerto that since they were cleaning professionals, they would know the best way to resolve this - again he was very rude and said "We stand by our process and procedures, and to not accept any liability in this case".

They ruined my couch and basically told me to deal with it, since they are done and have no more responsibility.

I had an appointment scheduled from 9-9:30am today. No show by 10am, so I called, and only got an AI assistant. If you ask to speak to a real person they transfer you to a call center. The call center tells me the window was actually 9-11am, and that a technician (someone who actually works for MSS) would be calling me back. 11am rolls around, and still no call no show. I call again, get the call center, different person this time. “Let me have your name and number and someone will call you back”.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE NUMBER IF I CAN’T SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT MSS WHO KNOWS ANYTHING??”. Here we are at 11:30am, still no call, no show, and no way to talk to someone to know when or IF they will show up at all. AVOID.

Professional, trustworthy, friendly, and dependable.

We did a one-time cleaning and our cleaner was professional, personable, and incredibly thorough. As a result, we are going to become regular clients of Wendy's Cleaning Services.

Wendy's sent a cleaner out to my home and the woman was wonderful she did a beautiful job. She was professional she was thorough I cannot tell you how highly I recommend this company. I would use Wendy's cleaning service every week.
