I have a "No Soliciting" sign on my front door. That means I don't want your crappy advertising cluttering up my property. I will never use your services since it seems you cannot follow a simple instruction.

Great experience! The gentleman who came out was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I had to reschedule due to work issues and the receptionist was so understanding and willing to work with me!! I highly recommend!

Dietrick was the person that came over. He was professional and very clear about what he was doing. I had a total of 11 vents and 2 return vents and it all came up to $150 which included the flyer special. IT took about an hour. I thought it was good.

This company consistently leaves their flyers on my door, within inches of my No Soliciting sign. Those flyers then get blown all over my neighborhood. Their “special” for $79 whole house duct cleaning is way too good to be true.

Don't do business with this company. I purchased the 79.00 whole house special which was not even close to what I received. First off Travis the tech was over 40 min late. My appt was 6:30pm. No call until 6:55pm to let me know it would be another 10 min or so. Per YOUR website I should received a call in advance. Second when he arrived he confirmed my name, signed consent to work in my home, THATS IT. No walk through, no explanation of anything. Took a hose shoved it down all the vents but had to ask me on a few where they were cause again no walk through was done. He used my restroom without even asking permisson or closing the door (disgusting). I have a child in the house who thank god was downstairs but it was my wife that unfortunately saw this who I might add it still contemplating filing a police report. Lastly this guy just failed to clean my vents the proper way using brushes and water in addition to that check my furnace and cold air intakes. In simple terms what their website states (FAQs Page) I should have received was NOT EVEN CLOSE to what walked into my home that evening. Oh and trying to resolve anything with them good luck. I have called the company numerous times to no answer, multiple voicemails with no callbacks. Save yourself the trouble and just say NO to doing business with this company.

We got a flyer with a sale deal so we called to schedule an appointment to get our home ducts cleaned. We scheduled it for Friday afternoon and on Friday morning we got a call saying the guy had an emergency and had to reschedule for Sunday(no big deal, we all have emergencies), Sunday came and an hour and a half after they were supposed to show up we called asking whay happened and they told us that maybe they were running behind.... um 1.5hours behind?? Tried to cancel but no-one picked up the phone, called a second time and they picked up only top hang up on me... seriously?! I don't get why they left a flier if they didn't want people scheduling services.

Overall, a bad service. Prompt show-up on the day of appointment, the serviceman counted all the supply vents (including that were closed permanently) and charged 2 extra apart from the 10 vents that were included as part of the contract. He also charged $25 each for return vents (now, I wouldn't complain if he had done a good job cleaning the return vents. In fact he spent less time on the return vent than on the supply vents). The "monster vacuum" were not even close to my portable vacuum we use at home. They only clean the visible dust on the vents, but internally the vents are not cleaned thoroughly. At the end, he cleaned only 11 vents out of 12 he charged (that one was closed and he was in a hurry to catch the next appointment). The brush he used was a small rotary bit attached to a drill, that cannot scrape all of the inner surface. All in all, a real waste of money. He also asserted that I will get a reminder text/call in another 2years for a followup appointment (yeah right!). Stay away to save some money.
Another thing to note: the air compressor/vacuum operate out of your electrical power supply.

All city cleaned all of air ducts and our dryer vent and did a wonderful job. I would recommend this company because of how professional, fast, honest, and extremely nice they were. From the time he walked in the door to when he finished we were so impressed. Thank you so much!

I was pretty disappointed with the companies follow through. They left a flyer quoting one price but charged double (we have a larger home, but according to appraisal, not larger than they offered). I was still ok with that because we do have a lot of windows. The technician was running a little late and we had to leave before he was completely finished. He unfortunately left our back gate open allowing 3 dogs to escape (thankfully, neighbors returned them for us before animal control got involved). He also left 2 screens on the ground level where the aforementioned dogs were and they enjoyed their new chew toys. As I said, we had to leave early and those things were a little absent minded, but I could have overlooked that as well. My biggest issue was with customer service. When we got home and saw the sun shining through 2 of our west facing windows, it was apparent that they needed better cleaning. We called several times but didn't get f/u appt scheduled. I was told that they would have to talk to a manager and get back with me. I encouraged receptionist to have her manager call me, since this was maybe out of norm for them. I only wanted them to come and do a better job on the 2 windows that we look through each night. I never received a call back. A simple call back and f/u appt was all that was needed for a satisfactory job to be done and the other incidences chalked up to accidents...but they didn't even reach out. Very disappointing.

Honestly I didn't think that cleaning my air ducts was even a thing! All City Pro was very professional, informative and friendly. They offered their services and I was skeptical at first but Steven assured me that I would be able to see the difference. I can say that my breathing has gotten a lot better since.

Such a great job! This was my first time having these services done in my home and its really help with the dust and allergies. Dietrick Turney was the employee that came out and was so friendly and accommodating :) completely would have him back out in the future.

We had an ad for All City Pro to come and clean air ducts. The people who came, ripped up one of our ducts in the bathroom. They toyed around with it, targeting where it was and what they could do to fix it. They said they would come back the next day when they got the materials need to fix the ducts. When they didn’t show up we gave them the benefit of the doubt because it was Saturday and waited until Monday to call them. They said they were going to send out someone on Tuesday. When they didn’t show up on Tuesday, we called them again and they said they had no record of who we were. They were super unprofessional and we had to carve a hole in the roof to fix the roof. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Received a flyer on my door and called to schedule an appointment. $99 for up to 12 vents which seemed reasonable. Set up an appointment for 10:30 and no one had showed up by 12:30. Received a text after my appointment time from the technician stating he was stuck in traffic because of an accident. Looked up the traffic and no traffic was reported. Didn’t receive any update texts or anything from the main office. Called the main office to see what they knew and, not to my surprise, the admin lady knew nothing of the situation. She said she would call back and never called back. Called the driver to cancel and told him I didn’t believe him about I70 eastbound being shut down because there were no traffic updates or anything about it on the CDOT website or local news, which I follow closely. He then hung up me. I called the office and let them know I cancelled the appointment and it wasn’t as if she was surprised. Sad for them to lose my business, I was prepared for them to service my furnace and clean way more than 12 vents in my 3000+ sqft house with a finished basement. Book at your own risk with no expectations of timeliness or honesty.

This company is a total SCAM. Do not call these people. I paid them for a job they didn't complete (and the windows that they did wash looked awful). They took the money and ran. They promised to come back out and finish the job but they no showed me twice. They blocked my number so I couldn't call them anymore. I went to the address they have listed on Holly street and they are no longer there. I spoke to the landlord of the building and he told me he kicked them out for not paying rent, being extremely rude and difficult, and they were stealing money for other businesses in the building! I called them from a different number and they answered and she lied directly to me stating that their address is on Holly Street and I called her out on her lie and she was shocked that I had spoken to the landlord. She then promised to give me a partial refund but I still haven't received it. These are the most dishonest awful people I have ever dealt with. Do not get involved with these dishonest liars.

I don't usually do this but we had a good experience with this technician Dietrick. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly honest. I felt as if I got our monies worth and did not get ripped off. Good guy, great service. Thank you for coming into our home and doing a great job.
