Been working with a professional for sometime now, as a heating and air-conditioning professional, I know it is very difficult to find quality contractors, if you’re looking for an attic fan, look no further. Seymour and his company has never let me or any of my customers down.

Called thinking I needed to have someone come out to look at my whole house fan. Symour was unbelievable. Gave me a bunch of things to check out before I paid the $150 trip fee. Spend a good 10-15 minutes walking me through what to look for and how to fix it myself. You don't find people that are this helpful without wanting to charge you for it anymore. I have to say I was unbelievably pleasantly surprised. Would recommend and giving 5 stars just for that.

We've had our attic fan since 2010. We went from using the AC constantly throughout June, July and August to only using it on the weekends in the summer a few times a year. Typically we'll just turn the fan on, suck out the hot air and we all sleep well through the night in our upstairs bedrooms. It's also helped suck out a few bad cooking misadventures quickly. We just had our first issue with the fan where it wouldn't start. We called up the company and they walked us through how to reset the starter and how to clean the motor. We're cool again after a quick 10 minute talk and now have the knowledge of how to troubleshoot two steps further if needed. It's a great investment, this company has great customer care and has the history to prove it. Thanks!

I called to have them come out and take a look at my attic fan. I described to him what was going on, and he could tell that I was a "do it your-selfer" as he put it so he just gave me some detailed advice on how I could easily fix my attic fan and all he asked was that I shot him a text or call to let him know whether his advice worked or not. He was so nice and genuinely just likes helping people, and didn't ask for a dime! Highly recommend.

The first summer in our old Denver Square was pretty hot without air conditioning. A friend recommended we call Seymour at AtticFan.com and we have been exceptionally happy ever since.

Now, close to twenty years later, I thought the fan had finally failed. Seymour answered the call and he discouraged me from replacing the fan! He told me that the fan likely needed only a reset and maybe a quick spray of lubricant. He assured me that the fans he installs are high quality and failure is rare. He was right. We needed to replace a previously poorly installed whole house attic fan. Attic Fan evaluated our system and replaced it the same day. The replacement also required rebuilding the entire installation. The quality of workmanship was first rate. The technician showed us such care and respect and explained everything as he proceeded. We would highly recommend Attic Fan.

We purchased our attic fan in 1996 and just needed to have the belt replaced in 2019. Great investment for our climate! Seymour shared his knowledge during the repair and their website has an extensive troubleshooting guide.

After reading all the reviews I was highly disappointed to have a different experience. We needed our attic fan replaced. We had one tech come out and tell us he couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have the attic fan of the right size in stock, fine... we waited for 3 weeks with no communication from Attic Fan. We finally called them and rescheduled installation. A different tech came out and told me that he will be able to do it, however our fan shutters opening would have to be bigger so we will have a gap in our ceiling that we would have to fix. Since we weren’t told that by the first tech we didn’t want to do it and my husband called Seymour to complain about it, only to be told that it is COVID-19 and times are tough but they will get it done. We just had a third tech come out to our house today( Father’s Day) we had to come home early from visiting our family in the mountains, this time we were told that our attic fan would have to be moved to a different spot all together because the fan size is too big. Needless to say nothing got done. It has been two months of us giving Attic Fan a chance and it has been the worst experience. And all we heard from Seymour is that these are hard times. I say it has nothing to do with times and everything with experience and service. Both been terrible!

We had an attic fan installed by Enrique a few weeks ago and so far we have been very impressed with how well it cools our house down overnight. We don't have AC so we just rely on the attic fan, and it keeps the house comfortable all day long. Then just when it starts to get too warm for comfort, we turn the fan on and open windows to start the evening/overnight cooling process. Enrique was very neat and professional and gave me thorough instructions on how to get the most cooling benefit from the fan. I would highly recommend this company!

We installed a 30" attic fan today with Enrique. He did an incredible job working efficiently with high quality. Enrique also spent additional time teaching us how to use the fan properly with specific tips based on our house setup and the direction our rooms face. I shopped whole house fans and decided on Atticfan.com. They had an opening 2 weeks before we were scheduled and offered to come out 2 days after I called to get on their calendar. Price was the lowest but that's not the main reason I went with them. They had other good reviews and several neighbors use their products. Enrique was our installer. He was incredibly professional and friendly. Worked quickly, cleaned up, and it looked like he was never there when he left. He walked me through use and best practices. I'm 1000% happy I chose to work with this company. The fan works exactly as expected. I've used several times in several areas of the house and have no issues with it.
