I have had the membership plan for the past 4 years. We love it and the people are always friendly, honest and explain what is high vs low priority. Scheduling is quick and easy. I only wish the prices they charge for repairs were more affordable/realistic.

What was supposed to be a simple bathroom exhaust fan install turned into Jacob finding and correcting a potentially dangerous issue with our electrical system. The time he took to walk through and explain the concern, remediation and the necessary steps forward was amazing. Nothing was rushed and his dedication to quality of work and customer service was extremely evident. I would recommend he and Absolute to all friends and family.

Ari Gugino showed up on time and was very helpful right from the start. He wasted no time listening to the description of issues a d went to work right away. He was able to diagnose the problem with our furnace after performing a couple of tests and isolating the component causing the problem. He came off as very knowledgeable and capable of performing his tasks. He was also very friendly and easy to talk with. I recommend him for anyone else that has furnace issues.

We booked a water heater maintenance appt, before putting our house on the market. Jeremy was great, professional and personable. He listened, then specifically checked things that would come up in a home inspection. I feel pretty confident about the condition of the water heater now.

Randy is a fantastic plumber. I called this company with an emergency leak and water coming down the basement wall. Randy and Collin arrived within two hours of my call. Randy found the issue immediately and they fixed in a few hours. They were polite, smart and concerned. I felt comfortable with them here and trusted their work ethic. I will continue to rely on this company with any needs I should have in the future!

I contacted the company to inquire about installing baseboard heating in my basement to make the space warmer and more comfortable for movie nights. Jacob was the technician sent to my home, and he took the time to explain the available options, completed the installation, and tested everything to ensure it was working properly. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Jacob was punctual, professional, and easy to work with, and I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend him—and the company—to anyone with electrical needs.

Had a great experience with Gabriel today. He was very knowledgeable and explained the inner workings so we could understand. He provided too-notch service would highly recommend.

Mike Frye went above and beyond with several plumbing issues. Replaced corroded, unsafe pipes connected to the water heater. Built a bracket for safer tank placement. Removed an outdated water softener system and replaced the water regulator and piping as well! Also hauled away the outdated softener system. Really impressed with the professionalism and timely completion of the outstanding work.

The techs were very knowledgeable and quick to find the problem. Our dryer vent ended up not needing any cleaning. Only the grate was blocked so they were able to clean that out by hand very quickly. We had prepaid for the full service but since that was not needed, the manager was great to work with us on getting a partial refund for what we didn’t have serviced. The techs accidentally broke the hose when putting things back together but were great to go get a new one and replace it right away. This company was very quick to get in with (same day for an estimate and two days later for techs to come). each person I talked to was very kind and helpful.

Absolute is always amazing and 5 star service!!Matt was so kind and knowledgeable!! He worked so hard to get my new panel installed and was great. I will go no where else for plumbing or electrical... I hired Absolute again to install a ceiling fan and Seth did a great job. He was so nice and explained everything in detail. Always an exceptional experience!!!

Nicholas Tafuri was amazing. Great communication. Provided varying levels of quotes with different options and recommendations. Went above and beyond to provide space heaters over weekend until furnace could be fixed. Really appreciate his hard work and the amount of detail provided so I could make an informed decision.

I’m a fairly new customer to Absolute. This is my second Time needing their service. Both times have been a great experience. Ari Gugino was my technician today. He did a wonderful job representing the company and really showed what the business is about. The company should be proud to have him as a representative.

Justin came out and did a furnace service. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was willing to take the time to walk me through what we was doing and why it matters/what to pay attention to when it comes to filters and furnace use. There are a lot of shady HVAC companies out there but this company seems solid

Gabriel Carr was my technician today, February 23, 2026. He is such a professional and kind technician! He kept me informed about everything that he was doing or needed to do throughout the entire time he was repairing the wax ring of my toilet. As for the company itself, also very professional. Great communication from the get go, including the misunderstanding with regard to the receipt for the services rendered. Overall, I recommend this company. I’ll update my post if need be.

Alex, Ivan and Joe came out to my house to help remove my water heater and furnance. They were so professional, friendly and helpful. Alex went the extra mile for me and took the time to explain things to me. He truly made me feel like he had my best interests at heart. What a great guy. I’m so thankful for Absolute! I woke up to no running water and realized my pipes had frozen overnight. I was really concerned about potential damage, so I called right away and didn’t want to risk doing anything before a professional could take a look.

They were able to come out within a couple of hours, which was such a relief. The plumber thoroughly checked the system, made sure there were no cracks or issues, and walked me through everything so I felt confident and reassured.

What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. Since everything ended up being fine, I wasn’t charged for the visit, which I deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive, kind, and trustworthy, especially in a stressful situation.

Highly recommend and they will be my first choice for plumbing needs in the future.

I hired Absolute to replace a motion sensing floodlight on my garage, which is high mounted and faces the alley. Keith was the electrician that worked with me on this project, and he was superb! He arrived early within the appointment window and met with me to scope out the project. We agreed on what needed to be done and the cost, and he left for about 45 minutes to get the parts, returned and installed the new floodlight, and showed me how it works as he tested it to make sure that I was happy with the floodlight and its installation. The work was completed within a couple of hours of his initial arrival and the price they charged me was very fair. I couldn’t be happier with Keith and Absolute for their professional services on this project!

It’s always tough finding a reliable and trustworthy HVAC company, and anxiety-inducing. My wife and I have been using Absolute and have had a great experience so far. Logan came out recently to perform a regularly scheduled maintenance as part of the subscription plan - he was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

We feel their prices are competitive as well. We also like their approach to customer service - they are responsive and we like the quick bio provided of the technician prior to their visit.
