Not the greatest service.
Original appointment was 1-1:30, they changed it to 11:00. Tyler finally arrived a little after 1:00. He was quick once he arrived, however he didn’t even attach the new OVERPRICED part on to the air conditioner!!!! He couldn’t get the screw in, so he just sat the part inside and closed the panel back up. You’d think after being late they would offer a discount, but no!
I wonder if Tyler looses sleep over not putting the screw back in?
Definitely won’t be calling them back in the future.

Great experience! We are so thankful for Weather Changers! They saved us from having to get a new air conditioner when we didn’t need it. We were told by another company that we needed a new air conditioner but it was just a clogged pipe ( p trap). We highly recommend them. We are so glad to have called them and we will definitely call Weather Changers first next time! We highly recommend them!

I have called the Weather Changers to fix other HVAC company's installs. When another company told me that they couldn't determine the issue with a newly installed HVAC system, it was Weather Changers who got the AC working in the dead of Summer.

I love them, I call them for even the most minor issue now because I know they'll be honest, fast, and they won't break my checking account.

From start to finish, The Weather Changers were extremely helpful, knowledgable, and a pleasure to work with! Even though our heater seemed to self-correct itself and no repairs were needed, you are backed by a 30 day warranty in case the problem arises again. Will be coming back to them if I ever need to.

When Chris Houchin came to give us an estimate, he was prompt and knowledgeable and immediately made us feel that we could trust him. The four men who put in our air conditioner were also prompt and professional and did their job well. We highly recommend The Weather Changers to help you, too!

This is the second visit with The Weather Changers as we again chose them to install a new heating system because we were very happy with the air conditioning installation that they did. The four men who installed our heating system today were very prompt and professional and did a super job as well. We are very satisfied that they installed our heating system today as well as the air conditioning in their earlier visit with us. Thank you for all your help, and The Weather Changers is a friendly and trustworthy company!

I had an issue with my furnace short cycling. Tyler attended the service call and helped me figure out the problem. After I described the behavior to him, he shared the most likely cause with me and proceeded to test it. Sure enough, the theory was correct and he took care of the issue.
I had one previous opinion before this one, where the suggestion was to buy a new furnace (Mine is 4 years old) because they couldn't figure out what was wrong. I mostly appreciated Tyler's honesty and simplicity of the explanation and fix, after having a separate opinion just trying to sell me something that is so expensive. I will be calling them again for any future problems and regular maintenance as well as recommending them to other people. Honesty is a hard trait to find these days.

Weather Changers is the best HVAC company we have ever experienced -- not just in Colorado but across all the places that we have lived.

When we stumbled across Weather Changers, another company (Applewood) had cancelled our appointment with them several times. We were also on a time crunch because we were selling our home and needed a HVAC inspection to complete the process. Weather Changers were not only able to fit us in with a last minute appointment, but they gave us a great price as well!

I would choose Weather Changers 10 times out of 10.

We had a good experience with The Weather Changers as new homeowners. After vetting a handful of local small businesses to check out and service our HVAC system, we decided to go with TWC because of their friendliness, straightforwardness and decently priced services. David (initial contact), Page (scheduling/admin) and James (technician) were all knowledgeable and easy to work with. Scheduling was quick and easy. We had our AC deep cleaned and signed up for the bi-annual plan.

Update: Michael (technician) did a full tune-up and cleaning on our furnace and humidifier in under an hour and explained everything clearly with a friendly and professional demeanor.

UPDATE : Weather changers was totally customer focused and credited my credit card to reflect $175. The membership program is no charge. a regular furnace maintenance was pricey at $220 for very little. Said coils and blower didn’t need cleaning. So I paid for a full service maintenance and got half. Very disappointed since they were highly recommended. I could have saved $220 and skipped all together. I was quoted $175 but you have to join a membership program which I think is just a sales gimmick. I don’t remember anything about a membership program.

Couldn’t be more happy with the Weather Changers. First the people are friendly, intelligent and communicative - it’s a family business and I felt like I had an inside connection with them. Second the value was outstanding. Great products and pricing and solid group of other contractors if things like electrical or carpentry are needed. Finally the service is outstanding. I’ve had a couple of issues shortly after installation. Chris and the team came same day, troubleshooted and even added some extra functionality to help without it hitting me up for another payment. This is my forever HVAC team!!!

Nash was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. During the routine furnace maintenance he also performed some pressure measurements that were very helpful in reducing my anxiety when using the higher value filter numbers; very useful for anyone with pets/allergies. He also answered many other questions I had. I was already familiar with their services as they also replaced my 25 year old AC unit a few years before, it's still working perfectly.
