Such a wonderful experience with Apex today. Tyler and Joel are great professionals who walked through the house, did a furnace inspection, and provided solutions to some issues we had. I almost skipped this years vent clean out/ inspection and I am so glad I did not. Our fan was very clogged (we have animals). If you're uncertain about spending money(they are one of the best priced in the area and run deals). I highly recommend you take the next steps and book an inspection and vent clean out for peace of mind for the winter.

The the guys were very professional and thorough.

Professional, clear, consistent & reliable communication. I’d gotten 6 bids for heat pumps & this one came in right in the middle but Apex was able to definitively commit to the govt rebates so I knew total costs from the very beginning. Thomas & Isaiah are organized, friendly & their electrician subcontractors were also efficient & great at explaining things.They worked hard for 2 full days & got it knocked out (though await the final city inspection & vent cleaning that still need to be scheduled). Solid company.

Had a pretty major job that included a thorough cleaning and an air purification system install. Dee and Donovan came by and outmatched expectations. Both are exceptional technicians who understand not just the mechanics of the job but the science behind it and are very effective communicators. They wore booties over their shoes and used corner protectors to protect the door jams from getting scuffed by the hoses and equipment. Definitely went above and beyond.

Not only did they do a thorough job but they finished an hour ahead of schedule.

Apex isn’t the cheapest outfit around, but you get what you pay for in the HVAC business and they did a fair job of offering a good price. The work they put in added value to our home and improved our quality of life. Highly recommend.

This is the second or third time we have had Apex Clean Air come out to help service our HVAC system. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and well worth it. Today Joe and Juan spent several hours cleaning out all the dust and debris. They were so kind and paid close attention to detail. I am very happy with the results and will continue to use Apex Clean Air!

Donovan Miller was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered clearly and thoroughly. He was respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him.

Estimate was fair and free of pressure (Seth). Units are expensive but I felt the system overall was priced fairly. Rebates helped too and they handle all that.
Install was smooth. Install (Will & crew) was outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, approachable, and flexible.
I’m happy with the system I choose but it’s only been in a day so I can’t review that just yet.

I saw an ad on Instagram for Apex then went to Google and saw 4.9 rating. I booked a vent and dryer cleaning since it's been about 10 years since the last time I had this done.

Andy showed up on time and was professional and friendly. He gave me multiple options of what he could do and I never felt pressured or sold something I didn't want. I quickly realized that the prior "professional vent cleaning" I had used prior to Apex was a scam. The previous ones were in and out in an hour.

Andy was thorough and told me many times he treats the houses he works on as if they were his own and I believe him. It's truly crazy what came out of my vents that had supposedly been cleaned in the past. The best was two full pages from The Denver Post circa 1985. These (along with a LOT of other stuff had been in my vents for nearly 40 years and it took this through cleaning to finally get it all.

I truly can't recommend this company enough. I have my trusted plumber, electrician and handyman, now I have my trusted vent cleaning company.

Update: Had to call them the next day because my heater wasn’t working
Ben came in and inspected everything and helped me out a lot 😮‍💨 I’m short on Cash but Ben came in and saved the day 💪 now that man is awesome 👏 and Apex are blessed to have men that care about there clients definitely recommend them!

5/5 for Apex! They are knowledgable and so helpful. They were efficient installers and were able to answer all my questions.

2/5 for their plumbing subcontractor. He left most of his trash- wires, nuts, bolts, extra foam, etc was covering my laundry room and has still not come back to fix the water heater part he put right at eye level so I hit my head every time I walk by.

3/5 for their electrical subcontractor. Same deal- left a mess for me to clean up.

Apex technicians Thomas and Isaiah did an incredible job installing our new unit. Emmitt followed up by cleaning our vents. His attention to detail was noteworthy. I would highly recommend Apex to any one wanting honest pricing with professional installation and superior customer service.

I have had construction in my home since 7/2025 and my air ducts were awful. The technician was very conscientious and professional and asked if we wanted to walk the home after his work. Highly recommend and the follow up has been great!

Apex Clean Air did a great job on installing a new Bosch mini split system at my house. From the start, I was impressed by the professionalism of Seth, the project manager for this job, as he was knowledgeable about what we wanted installed and was able to fill in the gaps on what my wife and I didn't know about mini split systems. I also appreciated that Seth was not pushy in selling the installation to us, that goes a long way for me.

As for the installation itself, it took 3 days to complete and each day the workers were on time and took care to wear shoe covers each time they entered the house and were very careful not to damage anything while doing the installation/testing. After the job was complete, we unfortunately did encounter an issue with one of the heads in the bedroom, but Apex was able to get someone to come out the very next day and fix the issue which involved installing two silent pumps for the heads.

Thank you Tarissa for scheduling the city permits and assisting with scheduling. Also a huge thank you to the HVAC technicians (Diego, Thomas, and Palmer) all of whom were very knowledgeable in their field and were kind enough to answer any questions/concerns that I had. Palmer in particular went absolutely above and beyond by coming out the same morning I reported the issue with the bedroom heads. Him and Thomas were able to fix the issue, and he even addressed the issue with the mechanical permit inspection that same day (refrigerant caps/line insulation in the attic).

Based on my experience, this company has absolutely earned their high rating and I wish that every company treated their customers as great as Apex Clean Air does.

Andy was very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing our dryer vent. The photos he took were very helpful to understand the situation.
We still need our vents cleaned and Andy assisted in setting up an appointment with the vent cleaner in one month. Thanks!

Joe and Lamar did a phenomenal job! Extremely professional, personable and did a thorough job. They went above and beyond my expectations for the great deal I received. I had a bad experience with a different company AAA recently and was worried I'd receive scare tactics in order to upsell me. Joe and Lamar did not do that. They gave me options and did not make me feel pressured to make a rush decision. In 2025 its rare that you get great customer service and a great deal. I'd recommend Joe and Lamar 10/10 for anyone getting cleanings

The tech, Mike, was very nice, but the "special" is misleading. We were charged an additional $99 on top of the $49 for cleaning the "main trunk", even though it says that was included in the special. Invoice copy attached.
(We were told we have two "mains" we only have one in our 45 year old 1500ft2 open floor plan house that goes the length of the house from the unit. The other "trunk" on the side of the unit is the cold air return).
They then proceed to try to upsell you hundreds to thousands more, which is understandable as $49 seemed too good to be true to begin with I suppose.
We also paid cash, which was an option, but they don't carry change, so what we "saved" not paying a credit card processing fee, we almost paid anyway since we paid $150 cash for a $148 service (that we were told was $49).
In hindsight, I should have just told them to go when they were charging us nearly $100 more than expected, but we just had our basement foundation jackhammered up and i waited a month for this appointment and wanted the ducts cleaned.
I paid $99 at the last company and won't be using them again as I'm feeling very misled and ripped off.

I had contacted Apex Clean Air to have my ductwork cleaned and santized. I have never had it done and wanted it all done right to know that I am on the right track with my new HVAC system. The process was simple and straighforward. Dee came and cleaned the ductwork, and came back to santize after my new system was installed. It was very professional thourough and kind. Also some great conversations! I would highly recommend Dee and Apex Clean Air to anyone!

Trevor was fantastic. He arrived on-time and walked me through everything. Because my ductwork probably hadn't been cleaned in 30 years, there was way more that needed doing than I anticipated and it took longer than expected, but he was very professional got done as fast as possible, and didnt force an upsell on me. The best thing is that I immediately could tell a difference in air quality. I can breathe again!

We used Apex Clean Air to clean the ducts in our newly purchased home and the service technician, Joel St.Clair was fantastic. The service was efficient and the Joel was most informative, friendly, professional and explained every procedure in great detail. We are most impressed with Joel and Apex Clean Air.

We recently replaced our entire system with Apex and from start to finish this was the best vendor experience I’ve ever had. Ryan gave us a fair quote, no hidden costs, and was clear and communicative to what was a best fit for our home.

Alexis, Isaiah, Michael and Thomas who performed the install were professional, on time, communicative, and knowledgeable. They also left the space clean after they were finished. The attention to detail was/is really appreciated.

Emmitt came to clean our ducts and went above and beyond. He was on time, friendly, again knowledgeable, and did fantastic work.

I cannot recommend Apex enough. No matter your needs, you can count on Apex to be professional, fairly priced, and to do impeccable work. They treat your home as if it’s theirs. I would give 6 stars if I could.

From the first communication, it became clear this would be a great experience. When Donovan arrived right in time for the holdiays, based on my request of a waitlist slot, I was very hopeful. And man, he was so great:,knowledgeable, capable, understanding and effective. In short, I can highly recommend him and Apex for all your needs in the clean air category. This comea from the son of a 45 year HVAC engineer. No pressure, can-do and left no stone unturned and no mess. Wow !
