These guys came back to fix some serious install issues done five years ago, and did so with full transparency and taking accountability for the problem. They gave us a full day of work correctly adjusting the system to like new condition. It’s not that install went well in the first place, it didn't, but the team that came back five years later and after any labor warranty, took care of the problem to make it right. Honesty goes a long ways. We are warm and cozy now - thanks to Angel and his team! I will have them back for annual service and repairs.

Zach was awesome!! He was prompt, professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I had a million questions and Zach was happy to answer each one and explain the process to me step by step. Apex has been amazing to work with!
Today we had our dryer vent cleaned and we are also scheduled for them to come back out in November to clean all the ducts. I highly recommend Zach and Apex! :-)

I cleaned my air ducts with this company, they have great costumer service the price was fair. Trevor was amazing, patient he show up on time, he was professional answered all my questions, he did great job. I strongly recommend this company for my family and friends.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the process of replacing my 30year old hvac system. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and after i decided to go with this company I had second thoughts. Every part of the process just exceeded my expectations. From the moment Thomas and Isaiah arrived they did everything right. By the end on the day everything was installed and worked great. Everything from start to finish exceeded all my expectations and i look forward to doing business with them again soon. Certainly not just a duct cleaning company, they showed professionalism and competence in this whole hvac replacement process and i trust they will do just as well servicing all my future needs. I want to share my experience for anyone booking this service through Groupon, especially if you’re a first-time homeowner or unfamiliar with your HVAC setup.

The technician who came out was excellent and was professional, kind, on time, and very thorough. He walked me through the condition of my system and pointed out several issues I genuinely had no idea existed. I also didn’t realize they would be evaluating my entire HVAC system as part of the visit, so that alone was unexpected but informative.

That said, the Groupon package can be extremely misleading if you’re not aware of what your home’s system includes. I went in expecting the service to be close to the advertised Groupon cost, but once the tech assessed everything, the necessary add-ons brought the total much higher. In my case, the cost ended up around $600 even with the Groupon which was around 15 times what the Groupon cost.

I don’t fault the technician at all as he did his job well and was honest about what needed attention. But I do think the company could do a much better job of setting expectations upfront. Even a quick explanation before the appointment especially for first-time duct cleaning customers that the technician will evaluate the system and may recommend additional services (with associated costs) would prevent a lot of sticker shock.

Overall, the work quality seems solid, and the tech was great. I just recommend going in prepared that the Groupon price might only cover a small portion of the final cost, particularly if you’re unfamiliar with your HVAC system or have a more complex setup.

I wanted to update my review from a 3-star to a 4-star after the company reached out to me following my initial feedback.

To reiterate, the technician who came out was professional, kind, communicative, and very thorough. He worked hard and took time to explain what he was seeing, and none of my concerns were ever about his conduct or effort.

As a first-time homeowner and someone unfamiliar with HVAC systems, the experience initially felt overwhelming. I booked through Groupon expecting a straightforward duct cleaning and didn’t realize the visit would involve a broader evaluation of my system or that multiple additional charges could apply depending on the setup. The final cost was significantly higher than I anticipated, which was stressful in the moment.

After posting my review, the company reached out to hear me out, and I appreciated that they took my concerns seriously. While they indicated some pricing details may have been discussed prior to the appointment, I shared that the overall scope and potential cost escalation still felt unclear to me going in as I was thinking the Groupon would be all that I'd need for the time being. They acknowledged how overwhelming this can be for customers who don’t know their systems and issued a partial refund, which I genuinely appreciated.

I’m updating my rating to reflect the fact that the company did make an effort to listen, communicate, and improve the situation. I would still strongly recommend that anyone booking through Groupon go in prepared that the advertised price may only cover a small portion of the final cost, especially if you’re unfamiliar with your HVAC system. That said, I do appreciate how the company handled my concerns after the fact.

We had a home duct cleaning which we also installed a home purification system and had our vents sprayed. The entire service from start to finish was amazing despite the condition of our vents. The quality and customer service was top notch. Joe was amazing in educating us and finding what was best fit for our home. They also offered the most reasonable price when we were browsing the market.

Ok so I found Apex on Instagram for the $49 cleaning and I NEVER contact businesses I see on there but I'm glad I contacted these guys! I've been slowly fixing deferred maintenance on my new home and I needed my ducts cleaned. Mitch was the technician and he was super professional and so so friendly. He took plenty of photos of my system and explained what was going on. He was informative and he helped me understand a little more about how they work since I know nothing about them! He ran a test and found that I had bacteria and possible mold in and around the system. Yuck. I ended up upgrading the cleaning service to disinfect because we have some in our household with asthma and it was SO worth it. If you know you need your HVAC system looked at, I definitely recommend APEX. They're truly centered around customer service and will work with you. Thank you Mitch! We will definitely look into replacement of our system with these guys.

Andy Carmona did a great job! He was very thorough with his inspection, including scoping and taking pictures of the system. He took extra to explain things and made sure our furnace is running to spec before he left. He is very knowledgeable and provided recommendations based on our system and house. He restored our confidence that things are working correctly.

The young man, Trevor, that cleaned my air ducts, dryer vent and heating unit, was great. Very thorough. Very considerate. My home was a lot of work! Trevor was very articulate regarding what he was doing and what needed to be done. I very much appreciate your professionalism!

When Infirsy called Apex, I was surprised to hear that they would t be able to come do the duct cleaning for 3 weeks, AND that the service was a bit more expensive ($299) than others
Listed in Denver. But I’m a person who values good service, and the reviews were good… So I booked. I confirmed the appointment by phone and text. The company sends MULTIPLE texts (also annoying). They gave a window that they would arrive between 1 and 3, and that I would have to be home during the appointment. I rearranged my day to accommodate the service. At 1:15pm they text to cancel the appoints due to “unforeseen circumstances.” They asked me to reschedule. No thanks! I guess they only value their time and money, and not the clients.

Ben did a great job. He was on time, explained the situation and stuck around for a few minutes to make sure not other leaks occurred. I've been very impressed with Apex since they replaced my furnace and AC several years ago. Thank you, Apex.

We were both extremely happy with the air duct cleaning service (3 floors)and air purifier installation from both Joe and Conner. They were on time,courteous,respectful and explained the process very well. They worked hard and left me feeling pleased that I had chosen this company to do a job that was definitely needed. 100% recommendation.

I recently hired APEX Clean Air for a full residential vent cleaning. The technicians did a thorough and professional job cleaning all of the vents throughout my home. The quality of the cleaning itself was excellent, and the technicians were efficient, courteous, and respectful of the home environment.

Although there was an unfortunate incident during the service where one of my personal items was accidentally damaged, I want to acknowledge that APEX Clean Air’s customer service team promptly reached out to address and rectify the issue. Initially, I was disappointed that the technician did not immediately inform me of the damage, and I only discovered it myself later. However, after bringing the matter to the company’s attention, they took full responsibility, communicated professionally, and ensured that the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.

I deeply appreciate that APEX Clean Air stood behind their work and demonstrated integrity in making things right. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what truly defines professionalism is how a company handles them afterward—and in this case, APEX showed accountability and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I also want to mention that I am not the type of person who hovers over workers while they perform their jobs. I believe in giving professionals space to do their work and trusting that they will do the right thing even when no one is watching. I am pleased that, in the end, APEX Clean Air’s management demonstrated those same values of honesty and accountability that I expect from any professional service.

The job was completed efficiently and so far, everything has worked out well! Thomas and his assistants did a wonderful installation. I’m so grateful for Thomas’ guidance after he completed the work. He is extremely knowledgeable and he shared valuable information. I could not ask for a more qualified team.

I also appreciate Joe’s very expert cleaning and sanitation of all of my vents and ducts including dryer vent. Thank you to all for expert work especially, Thomas, his team, Joe, and also to Seth who very thoroughly helped work out pricing.

The technician Ken came over to do my duct cleaning. He was very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. He provided me with a lot of useful information on my system and some optional upgrades in the future. Overall very pleased with my service experience!

We had an excellent experience with this HVAC team. Dee and Kenny were professional, thorough, and—most importantly—upfront and honest throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what they were seeing, answered all of our questions, and never tried to upsell unnecessarily.
They also provided thoughtful recommendations to help mitigate mold issues and suggested installing a REME system to keep everything clean and healthy long term. You can tell they truly care about doing the job right and about their customers’ homes.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy HVAC company.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Apex Clean Air and want to warn other customers.

During a service visit, I was sold a PIP-MAX air purifier for my 800 sq ft condo. I was told it would clean smoke odor in my home and that it was the best option for my space because other effective air purifiers would be much more expensive. I was also told that the much lower prices for this same unit online were only for refurbished models, and that Apex sells new units — which is why the price was so high.

After researching on my own, I discovered that:
• The same PIP-MAX model is widely sold new (not refurbished) for hundreds of dollars less
• True HEPA air purifiers designed to address smoke odor in spaces this size cost less than what I paid
• The unit does not perform the way it was represented to me during the sale

My invoice even lists an inflated $1,249 “value” for the unit with vague discounts applied, which does not reflect real market pricing.

I emailed Apex Clean Air to try to resolve this directly, but I have not received a response.

I feel misled by the sales tactics and pricing justification used I strongly recommend that anyone considering a purchase here do independent research on the equipment and pricing before agreeing to anything. I was in a vulnerable situation and I feel they took advantage of me.

Transparency matters, especially when selling expensive equipment during service calls. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

UPDATE: Apex responded publicly saying they would reach out again. I had already replied in writing requesting a refund or price adjustment and did not receive a follow-up response after that. I remain open to resolving this directly.

Michael and Alexis came to install our furnace today and it was absolutely wonderful the set up things to catch any debris and they clean up behind their installations, they show us how it works and looks and explain what to do and how to keep it updated. They were very professional and knowledge about their work. Just to add that Ryan was was a great sales no "dog & pony show" he got right down to point about what the price & installations was, Ken was our repair guy first and he explain what was going on with the old furnace and explain what Apex will do. We really appreciate all the care and service they have given us and would recommend them to others.

The front office staff are very good at their job and answered a ton of questions that I had as a first time home owner who's never done anything about a furnace before.
Jonathan (the tech that came to my house) was very friendly. He communicated very well about when he would be there, exactly what he found upon inspecting the furnace, what needed to be done (with a couple of options at various price points from the bare necessities to all of the "nice to have"s), and how long it would take him to do the work.
He finished everything in less time than he estimated, and was overall very good at his job. He was also very friendly with my extremely energetic puppy.
Overall wonderful experience. I fully plan on calling Apex again in the spring to inspect my AC unit and do any ongoing maintenance.

Zamario did an incredibly professional and thorough job cleaning my ducts and blower. He was knowledgeable and made thoughtful recommendations. Really impressed with APEX and their scheduling and consultation process. 10/10 would recommend.
