These guys do the best clean up, cut, mulch replace, etc. in town! The team is always professional and efficient. They offer packages with discounts for annual lawn care as well. My family and I have been using them for years with our individual homes and are so happy!

They opt to hire inexperienced, cheap labor over more experienced workers to save a couple bucks and it shows in their properties. Their just not as good as a lot of other companies. Nice people, just lazy. The lady who answers the phone must be overworked or something. Short and snippy on the phone and hung up on me in the middle of thanking her for her time. Weird business model but who am I to judge? You get what you pay for here and even that is overpriced.

Great for landscaping - they did a beautiful job on my front yard. Also very helpful with sprinklers. I use them for all my yard needs except mowing which I do myself.

I booked this Lawn company through Lawnstarter 7 days in advanced and was the single worst service possible. 5/2 - 5/3 was my service window and they never called to give timeslots or even show up.

They claimed "I wasn't able to make it out to *Address* on Mon, May 5 to complete your Leaf Removal because of the lawn being too wet.
You've been rescheduled for Thu, May 8.
Due to rain lawn is wet. Rescheduled due to lawn being wet"

You read that right - they cancelled my service due to "lawn being wet" when they never even were onsite to determine this. I took pictures of the sun shining as well because JESSE at this service chose to lie and use fraudulent tactics to not provide the service paid for. Do yourself a favor and PICK ANY OTHER LAWN SERVICE AVAILABLE

Showed up a little late but made sure I was happy with the job before declaring it complete. Hard, honest workers.

This company is NUTS! I had them mow my yard for two weeks while my lawnmower was in the shop. Stacia, who runs the front office, said she was doing me a "favor" by only cutting twice since they don't normally do "one-offs" like this. What this means is they use only Spanish-speaking crews who they can't communicate clearly with, and they're basically on auto-pilot once they start mowing. They then blame the customer for getting upset when the crews keep showing up and mowing your yard! That's right- it's your fault. How dare you expect them to be able to communicate a simple request like "Don't mow after two times!!!" After they came the third week, I called Stacia and asked her to make sure they got the message to stop mowing. I have my lawnmower, I told her, and I don't need the mowing. She assured me they wouldn't come by anymore. Of course, they came by again today. Four times in a row. Again, they cut the grass too short for fescue which browns it out, but more importantly, THIS BUSINESS CAN'T COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH ITS CREWS, THEN BLAMES THE CUSTOMER FOR GETTING UPSET FOR DOING YOU A "FAVOR" FOR YOUR "ONE-OFF REQUEST!" This is NUTS!! ..plain and simple. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! I have used Spanish-speaking crews for years for various needs around the house. They aren't the reason for this business-model's failure! They are NOT being communicated with clearly by this business! Let's be clear about that! They are NOT the problem! The inability to communicate to them basic, simple information, is the problem, and it's IMPOSSIBLE for this business to do so! Bizarre, but true. AVOID..! unless you appreciate being blamed for their strange ineptitude..!

I hired a crew to help with the back breaking work needed to complete my front yard and Clean Cut Inc came through. Will be hiring next summer.

I hired this company and was surprised by how professional and polite the employees were. When my yard was done, I couldn’t be more pleased. Hire with confidence.

Charged full price for blowout services not rendered. Office staff claimed drainage in the pipes may have remained because I was not home. I had another adult at my home that day to let the crew in and perform the work. There were no issues for access. If there were issues at time of service compromising what's being done, there should have been communication. They offered to have the owner come check the valves again... for what purpose? I had already informed them of the discovery due to someone else completing the job properly after noticing improper positioning of the valves. Complete loss of trust and confidence here.
