I hired this company in November of last year. I began having problems with my grass installation four months after installation. After numerous unreturned emails and phone calls over a 5 month period the issues have not been addressed. Come to find out the grass was not installed the way I was assured it would be when I received the quote. I was told their would be one seam in the backyard, there are three that show at all times even after they "fixed" it. They never installed a weed barrier as I was told they would. I explained it was a requirement to me multiple times before deciding to use them. Now they refuse to honor their installation warranty. The artificial grass looks terrible. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. A huge waste of money and my time trying to get them to hold up their end of their contract.

Exceptional experience with Plush Grass from start to finish! Bob was professional and informative during the estimate process, and provided an accurate timeline for completion of the project. The crew of 8+ showed up on time, and completed my CelebrityGreen putting green in one day. The crew gave great attention to detail, and the owner Matt was involved in the process to make sure everything was perfect and exactly how I wanted it, from shape to undulation to cup position. I have a beautiful green that rolls true and can accept pitch shots from across my yard. I highly recommend Plush Grass!!

Early May of 2017 we had Plus Grass come in and laid synthetic turf down in my back yard. We had been so happy with it; that we had them come back and do another small area. We love the way it looks and our dog enjoys it too. The crew that put the yard in; were very professions, friendly and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Thanks Plus Grass for my low maintenance back yard.

Great products, affordable pricing, knowledgeable, courteous staff. What more can you ask for? Amy in the front office was really helpful and handled all the administrative things I needed to submit for a rebate and I am very appreciative of all the help.

UPDATE: Lawn still looks awesome, has held up well over the winter and continues to drain nicely. No regrets.

We had PlushGrass install synthetic turf in our backyard and the results were excellent! The install crew took out the existing sod and laid down the new turf in just a few hours. They also throughly cleaned up our yard. The neighbors have commented on how good it looks, and one is planning to use PlushGrass for their own turf replacement. I looked at several companies and chose PlushGrass because of their track record and years in business, the look of the product, and the 18-year warranty. Five stars!!

We had a great experience with Mile-Hi Sprinkler Company. Chase and his coworker came out to fix a broken sprinkler pipe, and they were quick, organized, and tidy throughout the job. They clearly knew what they were doing and left everything in great shape. Highly recommend their service!

We've always relied on Mile-Hi Sprinkler to help us winterize our sprinklers. This year, we finally tackled why one of our heads wasn't popping up on a zone - a root pinch! Jim and Anthony did a great job and worked hard to uncover the multitudes of pinched line, fixed it without traumatizing our tree's roots, and patched up the lawn like they were never there.

Had sprinklers turned on at our home last week. As always, the guys were so fast and efficient! Paid close attention to detail, and no problems have occurred. Everything's always done right the 1st time when it's done by Mile High!
Today, they came out to the other home to turn the sprinkler system. Another company had installed the system, and nothing but problems. Sprinkler heads way too high and kept getting hit by the mower, drip line leaks, and most sprinkler heads were much too high.
The guys lowered 7 of 9 sprinkler heads, repaired the drip line, turned the system on, and set the controls. Very fast and smooth. The guys were very professional, yet friendly. Had lots of knowledge and had all parts and tools ready for the job. I wouldn't use anyone other than Mile High Sprinklers! We'll worth every penny!! Thanks guys!

Stan and Connor provided my estimate, it was contingent upon what they might discover once the actual work started. I like knowing the worst case scenario so I'm not surprised when the job is done. On the scheduled work day, Stan and Connor showed up on time and ready to go. They started on the valve replacement right away, and began troubleshooting my other concerns. They quickly identified the exact work required, and within the next couple hours, all repairs were finished and my system is back to 100% again! The best part: the cost was significantly lower than the estimate because some work was not required. Stan and Connor were professional, polite, affable, and efficient. All qualities any client loves. I'd do business with them again!

If you are a homeowner and thinking of replacing or repairing your irrigation system, Mile-Sprinkler is simply awesome. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant to work with. Arturo Perez, with 36 years of irrigation experience is a "rock star" and is the only person we will consider in the future.

I had a sprinkler system installed a month ago by Mile-Hi Sprinkler. I had a few questions so they sent Nick out to help me. When he was here looking at the heads a few if them needed to be adjusted, when he couldn't get two of them adjusted correctly because of the high water pressure. Nick replaced the heads to solve the problem. Nothing but a great experience.

We had an excellent experience with Mile-Hi from the start. Mike came out on time as scheduled to provide an estimate for adding another zone to our existing irrigation system which would water some new planting areas and raised garden beds. He was very thorough and friendly! He even offered suggestions to make the project easier for whoever did the work, even if we were to choose another company.

We called to schedule a time to have the work done and spoke with Delanie at their office. She was super nice and made booking a breeze!

On the day the work was to be completed, Nick (Mike’s son), arrived on time and ready to go! He reviewed the plan with me to make sure we were on the same page and they got to work quickly and efficiently.

The work was completed much faster than expected and I could see the attention to detail as we did the walk through for how to operate the new system.

Nick even gave the rest of our irrigation system a once over before leaving and corrected a couple of small things to boot!

Absolutely great. Booked to have our sprinklers turned on and then when they got here I asked them to install a new controller/timer. It was done immediately and everything went quickly and smoothly. This company is awesome and I highly recommend them. Mike the owner came out personally and gave me the bid for a new sprinkler system. He explained everything and answered all my questions.

Since I called in early June I knew they would be busy. But the plumber came out and installed my water tap on June 18th with no money down! My system installation date was set for August 6th.

Sure enough, on August 6th they showed up promptly at 8:00 a.m. Mike and I finalized a couple small details and within 10 minutes there was a total of eight workers in five trucks in front of my house.

They installed my system consisting of 34 sprinkler heads in seven stations and were done in about three hours! They then spent another 45 minutes cleaning up my yard thoroughly, adjusting the heads to exactly how I wanted them, and showed me how to work the controller. They even used a machine which pulls the conduit below the surface with minimal disruption of the sod.The Rain Bird controller and rain/temperature sensor are state-of-the-art in the industry.

You get what you pay for, and these guys are the best. My system is working perfectly. Now instead of spending all those hours hand watering my lawn, I can sit on my patio with my Starbucks and watch the grass grow. Be the envy of your block and call these guys.
