Fresh Cut Lawn Crew LLC absolutely exceeded my expectations. After a snowstorm caused a large branch to fall across the top of my house, I called them around 5 PM and they had someone at my house by 7 PM the very same day. That kind of response time and customer service is almost impossible to find anymore.

Not only did they remove the branch quickly and safely, but they also hauled everything away and cleaned up the entire area afterward. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent, and they truly went out of their way to help put my mind at ease during a stressful situation.

I am beyond impressed and extremely thankful for their professionalism, reliability, and urgency. Companies that care this much about their customers are rare these days, and that level of service will take them a long way. I will absolutely be using them again for future work. Highly recommend!

I called to request a quote 7/30/25 for lawn services on a rental property, which was vacant at the time and requested recurring services once occupied. When I reached out 6 weeks later the rate nearly doubled. I have texts proving the initial quote, which they failed to honor. A lack of professionalism and integrity. Definitely don't recommend.

Called them for a sprinkler blowout and they said they could get me on the schedule that week. I sent them a pic of my back flow as requested, the next week I still hadn’t heard anything I reached out and they said they couldn’t get me on until this week. Reached out today and they said they don’t have the right connector for my system don’t understand why they wouldn’t just tell me that when I sent the pic 2 weeks ago so I could find someone else.

I enlisted the help of Andre's team about one year ago. We had just taken over responsibility for my in-laws house in Lakewood. We live in Ohio, so we were trying to find someone that could take over the lawn care on a regular basis. I talked to several companies in Denver and opted to go with Fresh Cut Lawn. We have been very impressed with their professionalism and service. They confirm with me before providing service. They send us photos of the property when they are done. There have been several occasions where they showed up to do lawn care and it was not needed and they let us know that and we were not charged. Considering we were managing this remotely these guys have been great. We are so glad we found them and appreciate all the help they have given us this year. We will pass their contact info to the new owners.

I called and asked for a lawn cleanup with a short turnaround and they really delivered. Honestly, my yard has never looked better. I asked them to trim the bushes in the front and they did an entire cleanup around the bases and did a great job trimming. The mowing job looks beautiful, and they got every weed out of the rock beds. 10/10 would recommend. Extremely competitive pricing as well!

We had PlushGrass installed in our small backyard about 6 months ago. We have two small dogs and use their pet turf product. It works exactly as they promised. It is easy to care for and it is such a relief not to have to do a bunch of yard maintenance.

It's been several weeks since we had our plush grass put in and I am extremely satisfied! The crew were very efficient and thorough. I highly recommend this company.
