Incredible service. I came to them with a small project that I did myself and they still treated me like I was an A+ customer. In the Denver market that's difficult to find and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. They were also referred to me for the same reasons. Great group of people that are obviously focused on what matters most and that's service.

I called and spoke with Joe on the phone. We set up an appointment for them to come out and give a bid on a new batting cage for my school's softball team. Joe called 15 minutes prior to our meeting and mentioned that he was running late due to a late flight. That part I understand. He told me that he was leaving the office at that time and would be on his way. I called him after waiting for 45 minutes with no answer. I then called the office after waiting for one hour. I spoke to another gentleman who mentioned that Joe was with a client. A new client's time should be just as valued as an existing client. This is poor business practice.

My husband and I are so happy with our new PlushGrass front lawn. We went from having dirt and weeds to a beautiful front lawn in the matter of a day. The quality is unbeatable, it feels good to not contribute to Colorado's ongoing draught by having to water our grass in the hot summer. I only wish we would have made this switch sooner!

The play yard looks great! I believe this is the best product out there. The installers were great to work with. They prepared the yard and completed the project efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with the results.

This is the last thing I wanted to do but at this point I feel like I need to say something to protect others from falling into this trap. DO NOT purchase anything from PlushGrass. This company does not care about it's customers, refuses to return phone calls and emails, rude and defensive when you just try to get basic answers.

We had our grass installed in March 2021. When watching their team install it, I immediately noticed that the installation process did not follow what I was told from our sales representative. They did not create a weed barrier by digging down and layering materials back up as I was told they would. They simply evened out the ground and started putting the grass down. A couple months later grass started growing through. When I reached out to Kathy with these concerns her response was to throw chemicals on it, which I will not do because I have an organic micro farm at our house. I explained that I didn't think it was installed correctly and shouldn't be experiencing these issues so soon after installation. She said Matt would reach out to us and schedule a time to come look at it himself. TWO MONTHS LATER from my initial inquiry, multiple unanswered emails and calls - I have never heard from Matt. When I called Kathy to try and understand what was taking so long, she was rude and defensive. Now that I've read the other recent reviews, I'm kicking myself going with this company. We wanted to support a small local business but that has now came back to bite us.

Please save yourself from this headache. We paid waaaaay too much to be treated like this. The warranty at this point is a complete joke because they won't even return our calls/emails. Wish there was a 0 star rating.

I just finished an artificial turf install and was very pleased working with George and Plushgrass on the purchase of the turf and infill. He had the products in stock which helped with my last minute install. I would definitely do business with them again.

Awesome job! Bob came out to take some measurements and give us samples of the grass. He left a booklet with lots of information and got the quote back to us by end of the day! Even better, our turf was installed much earlier than anticipated and it looks fantastic. We love it!

Plush Grass installed out Putting Green and Sand Bunker in our backyard in May. We are very pleased with how it turned out. The install crew was very informative and friendly. They definitely know what they are doing. Don't hesitate to let these guys take on your next synthetic turf project.

Super nice job, George did a small section of turf for me in my back yard. The turf looks fantastic. The pups peed on it within seconds! Install job was seamless. Would not hesitate to recommend. The communication and timeliness was superb.

1. SALES: The sales person did an outstanding job of describing all of the grass options & well as taking the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted in way of design. He even made design suggestions that made it even easier.

2: INSTALLATION: The installation crew did an amazing job. Showed up a little early, and even though they had a diagram, they took the time to make sure they understood exactly what I wanted. Then they got to work, no messing around, no wasting time. They even took the extra time and effort to cut the grass to go around the rock border around my tree. Way to go above & beyond.

My experience with PlushGrass..... excellent service and a beautiful turf lawn. I could not be happier with Matt and his crew for restoring my front lawn after it was dug up from a major plumbing repair. It looks better than ever. I highly recommend PlushGrass for their services and product!

We absolutely LOVE our new backyard! The grass looks fabulous and really makes the space look well-manicured and inviting. The experience is certainly not without the process. Mark and his crew were simply amazing. I was incredibly impressed with Mark's ability to meld together and lead his team. They not only created a high-quality, beautiful product, but it was obvious they were having a good time doing it. The energy outside was great, and I believe it had direct, positive impact on the final outcome (i.e., good juju!!). The cohesion of the work crew (much to do with Mark's bilingualism and coaching abilities) was particularly obvious. Mark ensured that everything was going to my satisfaction -- even re-configuring the plan so that every scrap was used to maximize the surface area. And, my favorite part-- the grassy "doormats" he left by each entrance into my house using the leftover turf. The job was done in a day -- executed like an unhurried, well-oiled machine. Thanks Mark and crew for making our backyard the best part about where our family lives and plays!

We engaged Plush Grass for our 1000 sf dog play area after interviewing three firms. Plush Grass was the most knowledgeable and cost competitive. Their installation crew was courteous, careful and professional. The final product is beautiful.

Plushgrass installed artificial turf in our backyard. We have dogs and we’re losing the battle with sod. Bob, the salesperson, has impressive knowledgeable about the industry, their product and the installation process from which I gained a level of confidence in the company. I obtained bids from 3 other contractors but none equaled PlushGrass’s quality of product. The installation crew was like a machine. Every member knew their specific role and collectively they worked with precision. There was no evidence they’d been here except an amazing lawn. Every surface they touched was swept and hosed down. PlushGrass met and exceeded my expectations.

Disappointed. My husband and I interviewed five companies who made dog grass. Bob the salesman impressed. He was knowledgeable and passionate about the product. We were sold. They took our deposit.

SCHEDULING TROUBLE. From there on, communication was like trying to pull teeth. It took them weeks to contact us to put us on their schedule. We reached out several times to book. Occasionally we'd finally connect with someone, and rather than getting on the schedule, there was some excuse, followed by another, and another. No one seemed to be able to put us on the schedule. We may have gone with another company, but at this point, they had our deposit (contacting them to give money was the ONLY time they were responsive.)

INSTALLATION TROUBLE. When the crew came out to install they were not given full instructions for the extras we have purchased. The crew was literally placing down the last grass mat, when my husband looked outside and observed, "They didn't put down the foam layer." Had he not made that connection then, we would have paid for a product, we never would have known was not there.

After thirty-two hours of crew labor, they had to do it over all! They showed us their paperwork, and sure enough, they did specifically what was on their order. Poor crew!

FOLLOW UP. The latest....three days ago I emailed them asking them to recommend specific lawn care products. Crickets...

Plush Grass was amazing from start to finish. Bob was excellent in explaining everything involved and design ideas from the get-go. The crew not only gave us beautiful turf but also fixed a massive drainage issue that now allows for the backyard to be utilized. Would definitely recommend 10/10!

The information sharing and purchasing process was fantastic and smooth. Bob came out and answered all of our questions, provided a quote which he also edited per my feedback, and lastly the online payment option was appreciated. The installation process was even better. The install team did a fantastic job, their attention to detail and adding little things needed along the way really impressed me, and I am typically tough on service providers. Was very impressed, would use them again for sure.

I used PlushGrass to install an artificial golf green/chipping area. Matt handled the coordination with my landscaping company during their install so the entire project went extremely smooth. The result was exactly what I was hoping for as the golf green meshed perfectly with the surrounding landscaping. Overall, just extremely happy with the service and results.

We absolutely love our artificial grass from PlushGrass - and we've never seen our dog happier than that first day when she was able to run around on it. The initial part of the process was very smooth - specifically meeting with Bob and discussing the design/product/pricing/etc. From there, the installation timeline stalled a bit due to a rainy spring. We were given a timeline of two weeks, which turned into almost two months - something we wish we'd understood better from the start. That said, once the ground dried out enough to allow for installation, the crew was professional, thorough, and quick. End product is outstanding! This company is on the higher end, price-wise, but the product is worth it. Just know that the timeline may be longer than advertised and you'll have to stay on top of them in regards to communication.

How could you trust this company to do your work?? ....We are building a home in the Denver area, but we live out of state. We called Plush grass to set up an appointment and also to get some grass samples sent to us in Atlanta. It took a month and a half and three phone calls to get the samples. We called to confirm our appointment two days before we flew out to Denver. Kathy assured us they would be there. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT!! I called them an hour later and Kathy said she would check on it and call us back… She never called back!! I tried to call them again, and they never would answer the phone. We obviously WON’T BE DOING BUISINESS WITH PLUSH GRASS!!

I am thrilled with my new yard. Maintenance free and permanetly green! The installation crew was great, very professional.

What impressed me the most was that the intallation crew missed a small detail to finish the job and instead of ignoring the problem these guys sent someone out instantly to finalize this little piece of the job. I was afraid it would take weeks to get someone back out and it was instant.

Great product, great company.
