Driving south on I-25 near E470 today I came upon one of the trucks from this company.

They were driving 70 to 75 mph towing a flatbed trailer covered in at least a 5 gallon bucket's worth of loose decorative gravel.

Stones up to 1.5" diameter were falling off of the trailer and bouncing all over the highway hitting cars including mine. Cars were desperately scattering to change lanes and get away from the rocks bouncing and ricocheting everywhere. Extremely dangerous and chaotic situation.

Completely irresponsible. I called the police to report it to hopefully get them stopped before somebody got killed. But of course Colorado highway patrol doesn't do squat. Dispatcher couldn't even be bothered to listen to all the information.

Regardless, these people don't respect your safety, my safety and the safety of your friends and loved ones they are sharing the highway with, then spend your money with someone who does.

Terrain did landscaping and sub-contracted for a concrete patio last summer. There are several problems with the concrete, and a few plants that need to be replaced. Mike Hare, the owner, refuses to communicate with me. He won't discuss the problems to find an equitable solution and obviously does not stand behind his work. Very disappointing!!!

This company is horrible. They don't pick up trash before they mow. My dog and I were sprayed by flying glass that they ran over and our car got hit by flying debris.

Terrain knocked it out of the park again this year with the seasonal flowers at the property I manage. I've contracted with Terrain for the landscape maintenance, snow removal, and spring & fall flowers at my property for 3 years now and they've been great to work with.

Edit: Mike at Terrain reached out today in response to my review and is working with us to get the issues resolved. Much appreciated Mike! I added two stars for the fast response to work with us and get things resolved.

Our HOA switched to this company for snow removal for the 21-22 season and unfortunately the service has been riddled with problems so far. We've had them come out to clear snow about a half dozen times now and I waited to review in hopes that the problems would be worked out.

The company seems to have an internal communication problem because our messages about the snow clearing quality don't get conveyed to the workers. At first, half of our community was just getting bypassed - no driveways shoveled or sidewalks to doorways cleared. That problem has gotten resolved but the company still hasn't addressed the fact that leaving 1'-2' berms of snow in the middle of sidewalks and across the end of every driveway is 100% non-functional. I hope that this improves with a little public feedback because private communication to the company from our property manager has had little impact. In a community with many older residents this is a safety hazard!

They will nick and scratch your car for free!

Left my car parked outside of my apartment complex only to return to it covered in blades of grass, with nicks and scratches to go along with it! Terrific service.

Best part is that they have yet to pay for my repairs.
