Update to my review:
After I left my first review, Horizon reached out to me to make the situation right. They not only replaced the broken decor, but sent a really thoughtful card with a gift certificate. The grounds crew can still be a bit careless, but management does appear to be trying to fix the issues.

They manage the property at our apartment rental and every week they come by our porch decorations are knocked over and broken.

I've brought it up to the workers with the leaf blower and it's ignored.

Wonderful service, plants are thriving including the ones that are typically hard to keep alive. Tetiana comes regularly to take care of the plants in our office and she’s a joy to work with, she pays great attention to detail.

They have always taken good care of our building plants and their costumer service is good. Tatiana is our designated plant expert and she always helps us around when anything is not looking good with our plants.

We use horizon for our indoor plant wall, Cole comes in twice a month to touch it up, he’s very thorough with the wall making sure it stays healthy and is very friendly with the people he’s working around.

Tatiana is wonderful. She takes great care of our plants at Highlands Ranch Hospital. The whole team does a fantastic job.

I would really like to give Horizon a better review, however, I cannot! I started using Horizon the Spring of 2023, and everything was fine. This season, on the other hand, has been horrible!!! From customer service, to surprise irrigation invoices, and the WORST our landscaping has ever looked! I would not recommend Horizon to anyone!!!

We had 3-4 contractors give us a bid for our backyard. We chose Bruce with Horizon. Not only did he give us a fair bid but he was very easy going. Some contractors don't like women telling them what they want, but these men "aimed" to please this Ames! The weather allowed them to be here earlier than expected and completed the entire job in 2 days with his crew! They worked fast and our back yard looks beautiful and peaceful! Thanks, Bruce and all the crew! (The 3rd photo is a "before", 4th & 5th photos are the same corner.)

Horizon Property Services is a very nice company. They maintain live plant walls that are absolutely beautiful, they come often to maintain it and keep it looking healthy and green. Highly recommend for any shared community space in your building! Tetiana does a great job when she comes by every week to maintain it.

Cole is always so kind and efficient. Every time he comes in, he has a smile on his face and jumps straight to work. In the past when we have had maintenance issues he resolved it quickly and is always super informative. So glad we can call him our "plant guy"

We absolutely love our plant wall, and so does everyone who visits our office! It adds such a beautiful, vibrant touch to the space. The attendants are always kind and professional, quietly taking care of pruning and maintenance. Highly recommend!

For the most part the work is good but there is issue with the shovel team coming and shoveling and I get another two inches + and them not coming back to shovel again for my 2 inch activation. Also the plowing is good for the most part but they are not angling their plows to get the snow away from the sidewalk and they plow it back onto it and they are leaving plow mounds in front of my front door. I am a retirement community and my residents have a rough time trying to get over it or through it. This is also the issue behind cars and they are not able to get out of the parking spots with out assistances.

They did a paver patio and minor landscaping for us. Their work was fantastic and the results are beautiful. In addition, the feedback from neighbors has been nothing short of amazing. The crew is second to none. Highly recommend!

Wow! What a fantastic experience to have with a landscaping company?!

They were on time and under budget not to mention high-quality, accommodating, considerate, safe, and easy to work with. I didn't have to worry about problems working with them at all. This was the most respectful crew I have ever worked with and the communications was perfect. I have very high expectations around communication and they exceeding them - that's hard to do!

I have two dogs as well and they did everything they could to accommodate our schedules. They even paused cutting with their wet saw for two hours while I conducted a training from my home. And they never complained once about any inconvenience. I also had a concrete company working simultaneously and the direct communications between Evolution and the concrete company were amazing. I was stunned at how positive the experience was.

I am actually actively looking for more projects to bring them in on because it was such a great experience. Highly recommend and would be happy to provide any information I can.

Evolution Landscape and Design transformed our backyard into a peaceful, private, beautiful oasis. Justin, the owner, met with us and helped us pick colorful flowers and shrubs that would work for us. Justin and his crew were prompt, hard working, and courteous. We will be using them again when we transform our front! Cannot recommend highly enough!
