I run a Montessori school downtown and have been SO pleased with Tony Capra's plumbing. They are responsive and take care of my 20 classrooms with many issues.

We had a amazing experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. They were very polite and professional. The prices they had were fair and the issue we had was solved very quickly.

This company impressed me with their honesty. They saved my family about $15,000 by connecting us with Denver Water who replaced a water line for free. I commend them for not taking our money when they certainly could have made a nice profit on our job!

Best supply house in Denver! Whether you're a home owner, contractor or DIY'er, Tony is gonna take care of you.
Working showroom - yes their showroom is plumbed in! So you can try out some fixtures before you buy..because they stand behind their products.
Locally owned and operated. Capra's will take care of you. -
I have had a very bad experience with Tony Capra Plumbing and Heating. A furnace they installed 8 years ago has rusted out and needs replacing. They will not stand by their product and work with me on finding a fair solution to a product that was either defective or installed improperly. Now they don't respond to phone calls or texts. I have been dealing with Carlos Capra and I am very unhappy with their product and service.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Was not told and was surprised that their minimum rate is now $140 an hour PLUS $75 service call automatically added. Then they add any additional parts on top of that. Last time I used them it seemed reasonable. This was an unpleasant surprise. They did fix the problem without tearing a wall out, which I would not have authorized. Was told when I called to discuss it that they are "much more reasonable than applewood - but anything is cheaper than them!

Called them to work on flushing and filling my super old radiant baseboard system. They were responsive and fixed what I asked. The hourly rate is $150 with a $75 service charge. My issue took about 40 min of time with no equipment and I was charged $225 which is a bit pricey.

The service and quality are outstanding from this company. I had 7 companies at my house to evaluate our leaking boiler and Tony Capra was the only one who worked to fix the problem instead of telling me I needed a new one. This saved a ton of money, but also showed that they care about the customer.

Bad business practices and lied to us.
We asked if it would cost anything to come to house and over the phone AND the tech confirmed at the house, said there would be no charge to come to the house. Only if there was services to be provided. No services were provided and we got a bill for $340. We will never use them or recommend them. -
Absolutely love Tony’s! He is so knowledgeable and able to help navigate any project. It is so nice to have a place to go and see the actual product and talk to someone who knows the ins & outs of plumbing and design.

Horrible service. Left my bathroom dirty, didn't review the work with me, the service person just disappeared. They left the water pressure too low and after a month of several contacts, finally returned. When I asked what the water pressure level was the tech replied, "I don't know, I don't have a water pressure gauge" A plumber who doesn't have a water pressure gauge wants me to guess what water pressure is sufficient?! Follow up to management was useless. I'll pay the bill, but will never use Tony Capra Plumbing again

My wife and I were impressed with the nice showroom and display of plumbing fixtures. We placed an order with Tony in December of 2017. He never placed the special order items on our new construction project. He never followed up with distributors. I had to resort to working directly with manufacture's to receive our products. Horrible follow up service, and no return phone calls made for a bad experience. Buyer Beware!

The night before I left for a month-long vacation, I discovered a leak in the water main coming into my house. I was able to get the water shut off at the curb, but could not figure out how I might address the problem from afar. After checking the Better Business Bureau website and finding Tony Capra Plumbing with an A+ rating, I gave the company a call. Carlo Capra answered the phone, knew exactly what needed to be done, and described a far less invasive repair technique than I had seen many of my neighbors experience. (The houses on my street are all over 100-years-old and one by one, the water mains have failed.) Carlo emailed an estimate to me, which was more reasonable than I had anticipated. Before I returned home, Carlo not only replaced the water main, but replaced some additional galvanized pipe, checked to make certain all the water sources in my house were working properly, and replaced a toilet mechanism that had stopped working after the repair. I was not billed extra for any of this. Carlo’s initial bid was the same as the final bill. I highly recommend this company.

It means a lot to me to have a plumber I can trust especially with large complicated jobs. When I need a plumber, I don’t need to take the time to call around to find a friendly competent plumber I can trust. I know I can just call Capra and they’ll fix my plumbing issue.
My neighbor found Capra Plumbing in 2006 when we discovered we had a leak in our water service line. The Capra crew hand dug two holes in front of the house over six feet deep and installed a new water service line. They did a great job and when they filled in the holes, the ground disturbance was almost undetectable. I’ve called Capra for small plumbing jobs since and they’ve always done a great job. In January 2019, we found the sewer line that went from the house to the alley had a blockage. I called Capra and Carlo had a crew at my home the next morning. The crew hand dug a hole over six feet deep and replaced damaged clay pipes with durable plastic pipe. Pat, the same plumber who installed our water service line in 2006 also repaired our sewer line in 2019. Pat did a great with both complicated issues or our antique (1912) plumbing. -
Capra plumbing is fantastic. These guys are very professional and personal. Can't reccomend them enough. Service and quality of work are top notch. We had a minor emergency and Dean got us back up and running in no time with great workmanship and a friendly attitude; on a Monday morning no less.
Thanks again for the great response and work. -
Don’t bother. They don’t answer their phone. And then when they do, they lie and say they will call you back to schedule and you never hear from them again. This happened with both me and my sister 2 years apart. I tried to use them to no avail (tried to get a hold of them and when they finally answered the guy was rude and said he’d call back so the his scheduler but blew me off). My sister tried to use them last week. She tried calling them 3 times. No one ever answers. She left a message. No one called back. That was last week. How do they stay in business?
