Tracy did an excellent job installing a 75-gallon AO Smith water heater for us, along with a thermal expansion tank, which we learned is now required for all new water heater installations. The water meter in our Denver home wasn’t adjusting to flow pressure, which could have led to issues down the line, but Tracy made sure everything was set up correctly to prevent future problems. They also took care of resoldering the valve that supplies water to our furnace humidifier, making sure every connection was solid and leak-free. The new water heater is working perfectly so far. This was our second time getting a water heater from Brown Brothers Plumbing & HVAC, and Brayden gave us a very reasonable price compared to other local plumbers and big box stores.
