I had a slow drain that ended up flooding my bathroom because a facet was left on accidentally. I called Heart because I had worked them previously with another home I had and had a great experience then also. Jim and his crew came out and accessed the situation and unfortunately they had to tear up my bathroom to find out what the issue was. A tree root from outside of the home crept through to the inside pipe and damaged it causing the slow drain. Water was also getting into my crawl space. Jim was very compassionate about the situation....for this type of fix involves digging out your bathroom, etc and it can become costly. He provided me with my options and also financial options which I greatly appreciated. Everything got taken care of and I was put at ease that everything would be ok. Jim was also very patient and thorough and worked with my insurance company to provide them with any information they needed. Thank you so much Jim and the crew!

Joel R was a fantastic HVAC guy! He walked us through a lot of our concerns and addressed every question we had. Even though our furnace was a little older, he talked to us about replacement parts and systems but was never pushy. Joel you are truly what this profession needs.

Seneca and Gionni did a great job installing my lights! Meticulously angled my entryway light so it is framed by the window, and made sure the dining room chandelier was at the appropriate height for my dining room table. We figured out what a mystery light switch was connected to, and they replaced a broken outlet, on top of replacing a couple breakers! It was a productive day, and everything works perfectly!

Just bought a house in Aurora and have had several plumbing issues, initially with the toilet.the previous owners left us with a lot of issues.

Daniel came in, got the work done incredibly well, and suggested we also fix several issues with our 20 year old shutoff valves. We were a bit hesitant as we weren’t sure if we were getting upsold something we didn’t need, but decided to go for it based off his recommendation.

Not even a week later in a completely different part of the house, my wife broke the shower. We were SO thankful that we did the work he recommended as it saved us a LOT of headache.

He also went out of his way to look at a few other parts of the house at our request. The previous owners did a lot of bad diy work, but he wasn’t pushy or trying to sell us on things we didn’t need. The only thing he pushed hard for was the thing that saved us.

Excellent communication between the office and myself. The tech was able to arrive early and quickly figured out what was needed to get everything working. He explained every detail and completed the work in short order. I would definitely use Heart again!

Donald was the technician who came to my home for the service call. Donald was professional, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable and very helpful. Donald definitely knows his job! Seneca Trujillo, from Heart out the next day. He found the source right away. We appreciate his explaining everything that was going to be needed to be done. He went above and beyond, keeping us posted on when he could come and do the work. We appreciate his expertise. We felt very confident in his professionalism and the great job done. Chris was very friendly , very professional and completed the plumbing inspection thoroughly. Also, he tightened two fixtures during the inspection and they're now much better!

Man, I'm glad they sent Kevin C to solve my drainage problem in the back of my shop. Last time I called a plumber, a few years ago, it was disaster. Kevin is a real pro. He searched out the problem, snaking different lines, getting through what looked like impossible angles and got the job done. It wasn't until after he left that I noticed he had fixed a pipe under my sink. He didn't even mention it. A true craftsman and very personable. He went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Daniel was very polite and professional. He tested the outlet, checked the lines, was able to find the issue and get things figured out and up and running again. He was very quick, cleaned up any mess he may have made. He explained everything as he was going and went over it again. In the end. Very courteous, consenticious and friendly helping us in repair options and costs. Trent way very thorough in examining our furnace, invoking Ryan to answer questions and provide as much information as possible with a second visit. They also sent an electrician (Omar) to review other issues and price additional information for our requirements.

The company offered a well priced option for maintenance. They also provide options for financing and bundling discounts if needed.

Our tankless water heater needed repaired. Justin was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough, took his time and clearly explained the issues and options for repair. I would have to say it was probably the best experience I’ve had. We’ve had 3 other plumbers out to our home in recent years but Justin was the best. Highly recommend!!

I would love to say I had great service from Heart, and the technician Taylor, took some time to put in an outlet which I appreciate. The appointment was for Monday at 8 am and they called to tell me they would arrive at 830am. No worries there. What I don't appreciate is being charged $800+ for install of an standard outlet placed over my fireplace. I assumed once it was done they would leave things looking the same as it was previously. A hole was left in my wall next to the plug which is understandable, things happen, when I was offered either $50 off or having it be restored to original and having the drywall repaired. They needed a second guy to come out and fix the drywall on Wednesday. He came out and worked quietly while I was in work meetings which was appreciated, however, the drywall fix was not sanded and made even. I was texted to be asked if I had paint to match and before I could respond the tech left. When I inspected the work I noticed spackling on my new outlet and the cover here doesn’t lay flat with the wall. I'm disappointed in the drywall fix and the look of an $800+ install. I even opt to pay for the service contract for $20/month but may need to cancel that if this is the type of work I'll receive.

I've hired this plumbing company in Denver for three big jobs since I moved into my home. Each time, they've fixed tough plumbing issues, with the most recent one being a 2-way cleanout installation and a full replacement of the sewer piping in my front yard. For a long time, I had slow drains and other plumbers just couldn’t figure out what was wrong. When I finally called this team, Brayden came out, found a huge ball of roots that had gotten into my sewer line just before the old cleanout, and took care of everything. I am a very happy and satisfied customer! My home warranty company sent out a plumber to fix a slow drain in my upstairs bathroom. After a couple of other plumbers said they couldn’t remove the p-trap because it was painted over, the warranty company sent out Brayden. He quickly removed the p-trap and snaked the pipe. Now the sink drains perfectly! The plumber was on time, professional (even wore booties to keep my floors clean), and got the problem sorted out fast. I called Brown Brothers Plumbing & HVAC because I needed a plumber to come out the same day. I had just had a washer hooked up, but the water valves were leaking. Brayden arrived even earlier than expected, within about 45 minutes. He took a look at everything and explained that the valves needed to be replaced.
