Ben came and diagnosed the problem. And advised how much cleaning a clogged coil area and replacing a high limit switch would be and we determined would be cheaper to have our cousin do the work. Which saved my elderly aunt quite a bit money. He was very nice and I appreciate his genuine care.

Looking into getting a washer and dryer - TJ and Tre both helped me out quite a bit. They provided all information and stayed for as long as i needed to convey all information.

They helped answer all questions and were very thorough in their estimate and the overview of their process. Both very professional and courteous.

Edited 7/12/2023: I had a new job in my home that had to do with plumbing. Talon is no longer with Heart so I was sent Preston. Preston is great just like their other expert plumbers in the company. He installed my new faucet and my garbage disposal as I got a new sink to go with my new counters. Preston was diligent and was out of my house in no time. Thank you Preston!

The lights on my lower level stopped working just before the family of four were to arrive for Christmas. Seneca responded to my call. He did an extensive problem evaluation, discussed problem in terms I could understand, and gave me three estimates. It turned out that I had a service plan with another company that I didn’t realize covered electrical issues. I was impressed with his attitude, knowledge and ability to communicate complex problems. I would not hesitate to use Heart.

Jim was awesome! He explained everything with a lot of detail and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me on a higher price the entire time like most companies make you feel. Will definitely be moving forward using this company for future service thanks to him!

We have been working with HEART for over 2 years now. During this time, they have installed 2 HVAC systems, a full-house steam humidifier, a new upgraded electric panel, and most recently, Greg completed the electrical work for our entire basement, including a sub-panel. I want to emphasize that our continued relationship with HEART is solely due to Greg, their lead electrician. He consistently does a fantastic job. Greg is easy to communicate with, extremely knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to our needs as clients. While we've had positive experiences with the other staff we've met and worked with, I sometimes struggle with communication.
Overall, I would highly recommend HEART company for electrical and HVAC installation. They do good job, have competitive prices and honor their warranty.
