I was so very pleased with the service I received for a persistant leak from my master shower head. The technician, Daniel Corpuz, came out on Monday, gave me an estimate on the job, and thoroughly explained the problem. He came today (Wed.) and fixed the issue No more leak!! Daniel was a nice combination of personable and professional, and seems to know his trade very well!. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Justin A. who came to inspect the furnace. He really went above and beyond talking with me about not only the furnace itself but potential issues with the venting and duct work and laying out various solutions. He answered all my questions plus gave more info on stuff I hadn’t even thought of. Overall a very positive experience, which has consistently been the case every time I have Heart come out, highly recommend this company.

I really appreciate Kevin’s and David’s time and work today. They really did their best to fix my plumbing problem and point out how to avoid future problems. I’d work with them again :-)

We just had Richard Sims over to check on our HVAC system that was giving us error codes. He was very professional, curtious, and ethical. We will specifically request Richard on our future HVAC service calls as it was a wonderful experience.

They had to redo my entire plumbing system as it was all rotted.. before and after pictures were added. They finished within a day and did an excellent job. Jim Anderson and his team were super friendly and efficient! GREAT work guys. 5 stars.

Doug Hammond just installed a water HALO 5 to improve the quality of my home's water.. 5 stars! He did amazing!

We had a drip leak in the crawl space. David fixed it and re-routed the main shut off to a reachable spot. He fixed a few other plumbing issues, all with a positive attitude, after many hours of work. Thank you, we'll be repeat customers.

As others have mentioned, they cancel your appointments the morning of your appointment. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and made arrangements for the appointment. Two days later, on Monday morning, it was cancelled due to “unexpected calls for repair.” Surely on Saturday you had access to a weather forecast and could anticipate call volume on Monday?

Justin came out to my house and was great. I had a vehicle crash into my ac and he did such a thorough inspection and made sure it was safe to run. He was kind and made sure to explain everything he was doing so I understood. Great service and inspection all the way around. Will definitely be my go to for all hvac needs.

Trey was super excellent well trained in his profession. Spent many hours at our home and fixed many issues for us. A pleasure to have him at our home . Will definitely use him and Heart again. Thanks Marc and Diana

Wow, thank goodness I use heart for my services because they have saved me again and again. Ben came in and let me know my furnace was about to break and helped me decide it was time to upgrade. He called in his muscle Joseph who perfectly placed us with the unit we need to being our home into the modern age and keep us warm for this coming season! Very happy.

Darren M. was very helpful. He was called to looked at our garbage disposal and stayed to help take a look at loose flusher on a toilet, a smell coming up from a couple floor drains in the basement and actually gave me a quick tutorial on my home radon system. Couldnt have been a nicer guy. Thanks Darren!

Daniel Corpus did an excellent job explaining the problem, the solution and answering all my questions. He went above and beyond in spending the time I needed to understand, including drawing a clearly marked diagram. I had just asked for an estimate with no work done today. Now, I have time to review the plan and then call and ask more questions if needed. His help was greatly appreciated.

Our experience with Heart has been fantastic over the years. Recently, Kevin assisted us with a significant plumbing issue. He quickly diagnosed the issue and expertly provided us with all options. Josh Victor and Trey did a phenomenal job. Very detailed they let me know everything they were doing! Very respectful men and worked very hard to install furnace, water heater, air conditioner and electrical all three we’re extremely impressive professionals!

We’ve had recurring issues with our furnace system ever since installing a Nest thermostat. Ben did an outstanding ; very responsive and knowledgable. Also, polite and professional; took the time to review issues with our heating system and made sure everything was sound. Recommended additional yearly services that would prevent the same issues. Highly recommended.

HEART seems to be a greatly improved company than the one we have dealt with 3 years ago. The new team appears to be more competent, more conscientious, and more reliable. Particular shout out to Darren and Kevin; these two guys are awesome! Three years ago we had a nightmare experience with HEART on a large project, one part of which included an installation of an underground propane line. Fast forward 3 years to present time, we realized the line has been leaking pretty significantly. Called HEART to see whether they would honor their life time warranty. Discovered the company has had a complete turn over and is now under different ownership. They still took responsibility and this time the experience was much better. We will give HEART another chance.
