The first try with the drain snake didn’t fix it, but Mateo figured out that a clean out TEE needed to be put in. He got it installed fast, used the snake again through the new clean out, and cleared the drain immediately. At my request, Mateo also did some extra plumbing repairs inside the house and did a very professional job. He had all the materials he needed in his truck, which made everything go quicker.
