I am very impressed with Charminder from Energy Advantage. He repaired my roof that had been damaged from a solar company that installed the panels. He repaired more than what I had asked for.

They are thoughtful and listen to your concerns. Charminder went above and beyond every interaction I had with him. If you can, I would recommend you request Charminder if possible to manage your roof project. We had a leak that was difficult to figure out where it was originating from. Charminder worked hard to identify the issue and then some to ensure it was fixed. I worked with another roofing company when I initially bought my house and the service was not at the level that Energy Advantage provided. I highly recommend if you want your roof issues to truly be addressed.

I received a marketing text from energy advantage offering free quotes on Sunday. I need roof repair. I texted to schedule. They responded within an hour. They can fit me in on Tuesday. Great. Tuesday comes. They come look at my roof (presumably). I don't hear from anyone. I call them. They say I'll get a quote to my email by EOD. Next day same thing. Thursday I call again. They say they're putting together a proposal to email me and it's going to take an hour. Still no proposal. Then I get a text saying I've been emailed a quote for a full replacement (which I haven't) and that someone can come out tomorrow to evaluate for repair. First of all, don't send marketing texts out if you're too busy to take new clients. Second of all, communication was so horrible I'm shocked they have any customers at all. Luckily I've already received a quote from a different specialist and he's coming on Monday.
**Friday Morning Update**
One of the managers called me and apologized for the miscommunications and was very kind. He provided me with a quote for $3,300.00 for a few replaced shingles. I did receive an $1,100.00 quote from another company so I will be going with them. I am updating my review from one star to 3 stars. I realize that I did not have roof work done from this company. I still had such a bad experience with communication from this company and it should not have taken an entire week to send me a quote while rainwater was leaking on my tenants' heads. The guy who does their phone answering is also probably dyslexic or something because I had to spell my name for him an absurd amount of times and he could not get it right, which is also part of why I never received the quote. I told him maybe three times that my name was not Kaiti Tritchett but he couldn't get it right. So definitely hire someone new to answer your phones. Text your clients back, and send quotes when you say you will.

I just had my roof done by energy advantage, roofing, and solar they did such a good job. Charm was very professional and courteous. The crew that came with him were pleasant to be around. If you need your roof done you need to contact energy advantage, roofing, and solar. They did an excellent job.!!!

Everybody at EA is fantastic. From the workers, to the office staff, to the owner. Quality workmanship, great communications and very fair prices. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Definitely would recommend this company if you need roofing, solar, or gutters. I have now had the pleasure to use them for all three and while there were a few minor issues, overall it has been a very good experience. They do seem to care about the customer experience and the work had been very thorough. My only issues have been minor cleanup issues after a job is done and one minor issue with a mixup up color for my gutters. The color mixup was resolved before the job started and I ended up with the correct color and the job was still completed in time. The crews for all 3 products listened to my concerns and ensured that they were incorporated into the job.

I had a terrific experience with Energy Advantage. After several days of rain i noticed a leak in my garage, i called their phone number and they had someone (Takuya and Mario) out the SAME DAY. they took a lot of pictures and showed me the areas affected. within 3 days the job was complete, again with before and after pictures. i would highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have never been treated so poorly in my life by this company. It actually blows my mind at how I was treated. Long story short, my father was killed and a drunk driver and I took over his home. I needed help and understanding what was needing done with the home. The roof and the siding needed done and the man that I worked with was amazing in helping me figure that out. Then it came to trying to get a hold of the finance department and all my questions asked and answered. No one got a hold of me. We kept playing phone tag and it worried me. So I decided to cancel getting work done through this company. Per might rights if there is poor communication with a contract company. I have every right to decide not to go through them. The day that I decided to cancel the finance department magically got a hold of me and proceeded to yell at me and I don't mean talking me into this. I mean yelling at me and threatening me that I had to get this work done. I was literally crying on the phone trying to ask them why this was happening and they proceeded to yell at me and threaten me. Dealing with the trauma of my dad and then dealing with this company has been some of the worst things I've been through this year. Please do not go through this company unless you are looking at it thoroughly. When I signed a quote from them I never got the full paperwork stating that it was not a quote and that it was a contract and now they're trying to make me pay a down payment for a roof and siding work that I never got done work that was never received because I went through a different company and they're trying to make me pay this even though they didn't uphold their end of the "quote" and keep contact. I own a small business and I work very hard for everything. I'm a single mom and I do my best to be kind to people and the way I was treated by this company is so disrespectful and so sad. Please be aware before you actually sign anything or do anything. Thanks! They will take you to collections even though they did absolutely no work and nothing was done on my home through this company.

The company is now responded saying that I had talked to them for 3 months. I have paperwork stating that they came to my house and a week later is when it was canceled. About 9 days to be precise. I never talked to this company for 3 months. That is an absolute lie and if the company did yell at me and threaten me, but of course they're going to pretend that they did not. Please do not believe what they are telling you. I have paperwork proof of when they came to my house and when I canceled them I will proceed to keep letting everybody know about this company and how terrible they were treating me. I'm not sure what the workers told the owner of this company but he is getting told lies. Maybe if he contacted me directly and I could have told him everything that happened but what he is telling you on this is lies I was yelled at. I was mistreated and no one did contact me especially for 3 months. I only knew the guy for about over a week. I will be contacting the state of Colorado in the better Business bureau. I signed a quote on October 19th and cancelled everything October 27th I have proof

We had roof, gutters and solar installed. This gave us three crews to work with and every crew was amazing!! The foremen of each crew kept us informed of what was being done that day and plans for the next day or the next crew coming in. I was never in the dark throughout the whole process. They left the site as clean as it was when they started the day. The product looks amazing!! Thank you Jeremiah, Melissa and Rafael!!! Without you all, it would not have gone so smoothly!!! Energy Advantage has been great to work with. Melissa was so helpful in coordinating our new roof in preparation for the solar panels we had installed on our mountain cabin. In fact I can’t say enough, from beginning to end of the project, how professional the whole crew was, roof to solar. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Dego completed the roof repair quickly, was friendly, left the site spotless, and even took care of a side repair that saved me a lot of stress. Fantastic service from start to finish!

This team goes above and beyond for their customers. I was under contract to sell my house and had a hail storm and they did the project so quickly and communicated constantly. Melissa is an incredible communicator and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. 10/10!!!

We hired Energy Advantage to install a heat pump at our house. Their crew was absolutely amazing! Our home had some issues and there were a few unexpected problems. They handled everything around our schedule and kept the project going despite all this. This is a company that absolutely looks after their customers.

This company was so easy to work with! Our representative sat in our home with us to explain the insurance process in detail. When it came time to pick our materials, she was very helpful. During construction, she sat with us again to explain every step the workers were doing. She also went on the roof to take pictures of the damage as well as the finished product so we could see what she was talking about. Thank you for a job well done. We were very happy with this company. They did a new metal roof and gutters after a hail storm. We were very pleased with everyone involved in the project from the original representative who helped so much with going over the insurance claim (she explained all the claim jargon and what was covered in the claim) and then went over all the product info and what was involved in the installation. All of the installers were very personable and knowledgeable and very professional. The gutter installation was the same way. The finished roof and gutters are beautiful and we are very pleased with how everything went. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof and gutters.

I've been working with Energy Advantage to figure out my roof and solar situation. Sean who walked me through the process and options was great. Charminder the foreman for the stone coated steel roofing kept the team on task and made sure the site was clean when everything was finished. The unsung hero of everything though has been Melissa, she's the most communicative helpful home services employee I've worked with across various projects and contractors. Even when I've dropped surprises like requesting gutter work last minute she had the contract over and ready to go in no time. I've been very pleased with my overall experience so far. They're coming back here soon to start the solar. If the experience is anything less stellar than it has been so far I'll update this review, but I would be surprised.
