Chris came out and got me all setup for the new roof.He even sent my insurance company a list of items they forgot to put on my estimate.They got the roof done in one day and even trimmed some of my tree branches that were dragging on the roof

Lime is a GREAT business and prompt! I reached out to them (as a real estate agent) for a client's roof certification. They showed up immediately (within 24 hours) and had the roof certified for several years. Consumer beware Lime Roofing and Solar is listing their corporate headquarters as 2000 S Colorado Blvd BLDG 1 -2000. This address belongs to Venture X Denver South and companies can use our address as their corporate address. Lime Roofing and Solar has not paid their membership fee for the last 3 months. Please fully vet Lime Roofing and Solar prior to engagement .

Lime Roofing replaced the roof of my house as a part of my closing so I did not work with them directly on the roof. However, about 2 months later when I moved in, I noticed a natural gas smell in the house. Long story short, when the roof was replaced, the venting for the hot water heater was moved and not correctly reinstalled, ultimately meaning that carbon monoxide was leaking into my house. Scary – especially since hot water heater is right outside my bedroom. I had to have an HVAC team come out and make that repair on my own dime. Additionally, the caps on the vents on the roof were not replaced until nearly three months after the job was done. I don't know much about roofing but it sounds like the roof quality is good (coming from my contractor) but the other issues would make me question working with them in the future.

I called Lime Roofing to evaluate my roof after a hail storm came through our area. Bryan was up front an honest telling us that the damage was not enough to constitute a replacement and the life expectancy of the roof had not been effected. We will be calling them for all future roof inspections and replacements.

I was impressed - and relieved - when Lime came out to look at my roof recently and told me it was fine and I didn't need any repairs, let alone a new roof. Bryan works hard and is very conscientious. I would expect no less of those who he works with. Whether you fear you need a new roof, or you know you do, give Bryan and the folks at Lime Roofing a call. They will do right by you.

Lime Roofing recently repaired several shingles and other items on my roof on my home when I listed it. They did an absolutely wonderful job, were incredibly clean and very professional! Bryan was super responsive and professional throughout the process, I felt informed and the whole process was super seamless! The crew we had working on it got it done much quicker than we anticipated and did a great job cleaning up. They were mindful of my dog and were sure to do a thorough sweep so that the dog was safe to go outside when they were done. My first roofing experience, and am so glad that Lime made the experience easy and quick and comprehensive!

From the beginning of our job which was making sure my insurance company covered all storm damage(roof/gutters/skylights/painting) Lime Roofing was excellent to deal with. Lime explained every step of the process and even worked directly with my insurance adjuster. The roofing crew with Lime completed the job through and correctly. Nick made my hail damaged roof replacement happen when another company that had first accepted the job dropped the ball, and then my homeowner's insurance inspector denied the claim. Nick accurately identified the extent of the hail damage, provided a reasonable estimate, assembled a clearly experienced roofing team, supervised the project and got it done in 1 day, and on time as promised. This was only possible because he expertly concluded that my previous homeowner's insurance co. was likely responsible for coverage of my roof's hail damage, and they agreed. Many thanks to Nick for his professional and personable service which can be difficult to find. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of his services.

Holy cow! I did not think Nick was as good as he said he was, and I'm glad I was wrong. Because he made the insurance company pay for everything that they said they weren't going to pay for. If you need someone to have negotiations with your insurance company you can trust Nick.
